Patient Information: 25 year old female one year following bilateral breast augmentation by another surgeon with 375 cc silicone gel implants placed above the muscle resulting in synmastia (webbing of the breasts).
The implants were removed and replaced with 304 cc silicone gel implants placed into new pockets created under the muscle. The lower breast crease was then elevated to the proper position.
