Patient Information: 50 year old female, mother of three, underwent 4D VASER lipo-abdominoplasty (liposuction of abdomen immediately followed by tummy tuck), and VASER 4D liposuction of the flanks, inner and outer thighs. I believe that fat transfer to the buttocks would have given her a little more fullness, but it was her preference not to do this. The buttocks are rounder and separated from the lower back. NOTE: Patient is shown just five months after surgery so the scar is still red and easily noticeable. It will fade with time. Regardless, it falls well below her waistline. She is down four sizes in her jeans (now size zero).
