With 17 years of dedicated experience in the field of plastic surgery and aesthetics, Maryellen Ponzini has grown alongside the practice, beginning her career as a receptionist and advancing through multiple leadership roles over the years. Her journey reflects not only her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, but also her deep understanding of every aspect of the patient experience.

After serving as Manager of Patient Services, Maryellen became known for her compassion, professionalism, and ability to create a warm, supportive environment for patients and staff alike. Now serving as Assistant Director of Operations, she plays an integral role in overseeing daily operations, supporting team development, enhancing patient satisfaction, and helping ensure the practice continues to provide the highest standard of care.
