Dr. Epstein and his staff are truly amazing! I am one month post-op from a preserve breast augmentation, reverse abdominoplasty, and upper and lower blepharoplasty. I felt so safe and cared for while in his operating center. Sterilization is a top priority! Everyone continued to check in with me to make sure I was comfortable and stress-free. I stayed overnight in his surgical center with a nurse who was there for my every need, ensuring I was as comfortable as possible. While home I was sent the most beautiful flower arrangement along with a note and a phone call from Dr. Epstein. I really appreciated the check-in phone call from him and not his surgical staff. During the entire process from my consultation through my surgery and even through my past month of recovery I have felt the same level of attention as when I started my journey. I was back to work teaching less than two weeks later, and while I’m still taking care to be mindful that I’m still recovering, I’m able to do mostly everything I need to for my job and my family. My results are incredible! My scars are clean and minimal. Thank you Dr. Epstein for helping me to finally feel safe enough to improve on things I have felt insecure about for too long.

Dr. Mark Epstein is truly a treasure and cares about his patients’ wellbeing and outcomes like no other doctor I have ever come across. I am post op day 8 following Motiva Preservé BA. I did my research prior to my consultation and already knew Dr. Epstein’s skills were elite, but meeting with him solidified that his bedside manner was top notch as well. No other surgeon I’ve met with even comes close! He spent ample time with me during my consult going over his recommendations considering my natural anatomy, and making sure all of my questions were answered. Using the Crisalix simulation during my consult was so unique and helped me see my potential post op results, and Dr. Epstein was able to show me the different implant types and his recommendations using the Crisalix simulation. And I have to say, my results thus far (I am PO day 8) match the simulation! The Motiva Preservé procedure is one that only few surgeons in the US perform, and Dr. Epstein has been a pioneer and perfecting the procedure. My surgery was done under sedation only- not general anesthesia, and I was able to return to my healthcare job in less than 48 hours. The entire pre-op and operative process were a breeze- the OR staff (nurses, surgical tech and anesthesiologist) were amazing and so so so sweet they eased my (excited) nervousness! The recovery process has been easy so far, with no narcotic pain meds, and only using Tylenol/motrin for any discomfort. I am excited to see how my results continue to heal. His entire team is wonderful and has been amazing with answering any questions I may have during this time. Dr. Epstein and his staff even sent me beautiful flowers a day or two after my surgery 🙂 It was the smoothest process that would do it again 10 times over. Thank you Dr. Epstein, you are wonderful, truly the best of the best!

I’m 2 weeks out from a breast augmentation by Dr Epstein and I could not be happier. As someone who has been wanting and researching this procedure for almost a decade, I knew I wanted a skilled doctor who had excellent results with the new Motiva implants. Not only were the results on the website impressive, the doctor was able to clearly explain what size and profile that would look good on my body using my measurements and not just me picking a size. The staff were wonderful, especially on the day of surgery, where they were so attentive and kind, even when I was buzzing with nerves. The Dr asked consent at every stage and I had the procedure, prep, and aftercare explained to me many times. Healing has been so easy and I’ve received multiple calls from the Dr to check in. I cannot recommend Dr Epstein enough!

I’m almost 6 months post op, and it’s time to share my real thoughts. This is the best plastic surgeon there is for breast augmentation. Everything about the process was smooth; from the transparent pricing on the very first phone call with his office, to the detail and care he put into travel assistance and pre surgery instructions, his accommodating and kind surgical team, to the post op care. Dr. E is more than a surgeon but a confidant in guiding you through such a major decision with individualized care and precision. I was thinking about breast augmentation for nearly 5 years since breastfeeding. I always wavered on the idea of an implant and hated the idea of the dissection and recovery that came with it. I only wanted small volume restoration ATM that looks totally natural and every Beverly Hills doc I went to said that’s not the right way and pushed me to go bigger and more invasively UTM. I’m so glad I didn’t listen and I waited until Motiva Preserve came to the USA. There were only a handful of surgeons selected to perform this early in the US, and out of those, Dr Epstein had the most experience and integrity in my opinion. It was absolutely wonderful and I’m so happy with my decision. I still fly back for other services at his med spa. Thank you!

Excellent surgical experience, highly recommended!!

Walking into Dr Epstein’s office I knew I made the right decision. All of the staff are so genuinely friendly and comforting. From my initial consultation to my second follow up appointment, I’m always warmly welcomed. Dr Epstein is such a phenomenal doctor; his confidence and passion for the work he does only made my decision to get the Preservé method with the Motiva breast implants that much easier. The procedure itself was quick. Waking up in recovery was painless and for me personally minimal grogginess. I chose the sedation method and Dr. Levy was great! She was so reassuring and calming before going into the surgery. I was able to lift my arms and move normally that day and Dr. Epstein called later that day to see how I was feeling. I loved that I was able to get back into my normal routine the next day. My breasts are exactly how I wanted and imagined them to be after surgery and I couldn’t be happier. Everything has been healing nicely. The office also sent flowers which was so appreciated! I couldn’t recommend Dr. Epstein enough.

I had such a great experience from start to finish. My doctor’s judgment was honestly spot on—he really listened and guided me in a way that felt right for me, and I’m so glad I trusted him. The entire staff was amazing—everyone was welcoming, supportive, and just genuinely kind. I felt comfortable the whole time, which is huge when you’re doing something like this. The care before, during, and after was excellent, and I never felt like I was on my own at any point in the process. And my results are even better than I expected. I’m still early in recovery, but I can already tell I made the right choice. I would absolutely recommend this practice.

Dr. Mark Epstein and his team are absolutely amazing!!! I cannot say enough amazing things about this practice. From my consultation, to surgery day, to almost a month post op, Dr. Epstein and his team have been there for me every step of the way. I went with the Preservé breast augmentation with a lift and am beyond happy with my results. After years of struggling with asymmetry, Dr. Epstein made my dreams come true!!!

I LOVE Dr. Epstein. I had a breast augmentation in 2017, and a tummy tuck with lipo to the abdomen & flanks this past November 2025. I was incredibly insecure about my AA cup size and worried about surgery. Dr. Epstein not only made me feel comfortable about the entire process, but was empathetic, compassionate, and realistic. He explained what he would be able to do, and what he wouldnt recommend. And did he deliver!! My breasts are absolutely beautiful. Flawless. 8 years later! They look natural, and scars are undectable. I was able to lift my arms up above my head about 45 minutes after surgery. I only needed ibuprofen for 2 days after surgery for discomfort, and was back to every day tasks within days. I could not have had a better surgeon. Fast forward 8 years, one child, a lot of excess skin and stubborn fat later, I find myself back at Dr.Epsteins office for a consultation. Without hesitation. I had a rough pregnancy, a baby that stretched my body in ways I never thought imaginable, and skin that would never go away with infinite amounts of exercise. I found myself in a place where I was so uncomfortable in my own skin (literally). Dr.Epstein himself had not changed in 8 years. Still the empathetic, kind, attentive, compassionate human being i met years ago. During the consultation, he already had me feeling less shameful of my body, while having me so excited about my options and my future. I am overjoyed. After my TT and abdomen/flanks lipo, I am in love with my body. I feel better than the "old" me. As most people, i was anxious about recovery. What's normal, whats alarming, etc. But, Dr. Epstein encouraged communication, and welcomed questions no matter how big or small. Dr. Epstein personally reached out several times in the days/weeks after surgery, along with his office, to ensure a healthy recovery. Recovery was tough as expected, but worth it. And the office staff are amazing. The BEST. Please, PLEASE don't cut corners when researching plastic surgeons. I have seen/read horror stories. Its not worth it. Dr.Epstein and his staff are worth every single penny. I would trust every person that I love with Dr. Epstein.
