I had the best experience with Dr. Epstein and all of his staff. The whole office is very welcoming and made me feel comfortable from my first appointment. The process was so smooth leading up my surgery and after wards. Dr. Epstein and his staff are straight forward and thorough. I have no complaints to offer. I’ve been happy with my results since the day I had my procedure done!

I had a very positive experience with every phase of the process of getting upper and lower bleph with Dr. Mark Epstein. Office staff and medical personnel extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Epstein is very patient, thorough and skilled. The surgery went very smooth and recovery had minimal discomfort. I am very satisfied with my results so far only a week since surgery.

These are the important qualifications for a doctor you should look for to entrust to do your surgery. The professionalism and warm reception extends to his entire staff. If I could give 5000 stars to Janet Trabosh I would. Professional, gentle, and funny. I have been seeing Janet for a few years, and she always listens to my thoughts and also never pushes me to do something that I am not comfortable. Dr. Mark Epstein has a real jewel.
