I cannot say enough about about Dr. Epstein, his amazing staff or the Preserve augmentation process. Everything about my experience was an 11/10. Everyone I interacted with, from Dr, Epstein himself to Michelle, Dr Levy, Mary, Jivana, Renee and Gabby were all incredibly kind, calming and compassionate. Having a surgery like this should have felt much more nerve-wracking than it did, but they all just made me for so supported and at ease. The facility is top-notch and sparkling clean as well. I was lucky enough to be a candidate for the preserve method, which meant no general anesthesia, no prescriptions pain meds, teeny tiny incisions, and I was at work 48 hours later. (I honestly could’ve gone back to work a day earlier but I live 5 1/2 hours away so that day was spent traveling home.) I’m so glad I did my research and found a provider like Dr Epstein and his supporting staff and facility.

Dr. Epstein is truly an incredible and compassionate doctor. He came to the hospital after hours, even though he wasn’t scheduled to work that night, to help my mother who was not even his own patient when she was in dire need. He was kind, compassionate, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and reassure us through such a stressful time. His intervention truly saved her life. Our entire family is beyond grateful for his exceptional care. After the procedure, he came to find us in the waiting room to let us know how everything went and to assure us she was going to be just fine. We cannot thank him enough for his dedication, compassion, and skill! A world of thanks for all of your kind follow up with us as well.

The environment in the office is relaxed, friendly and professional. Dr. Epstein takes his time to ensure patients are comfortable and well informed. I am very happy with the results of my procedure.

I got my breast augmentation with Dr. Mark Epstein and I’m genuinely obsessed with my results. He did an incredible job — super natural, perfectly shaped, and exactly what I wanted. His team deserves so much credit too. Everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I never felt rushed or nervous, and they answered all my questions. Recovery was way easier than I expected — I was able to move my arms right away which was amazing. Phenomenal results. Honestly better than I had imagined. My entire experience, with him, with every staff member, nurse, anesthesiologist was incredible. I felt so comfortable all the way through. I will also say, Dr. Epstein was completely transparent and honest with me. He listened to what I wanted and told me his honest opinion of what he believed would give me the best results for my body/skin/tissue. He completely gained my trust. I’m currently 1 day post op- no narcotics at all, no drains. My pain level is at a 1 for some soreness (from a 2 yesterday. I went out to dinner immediately after leaving the recovery room). Currently just alternating Tylenol and Advil every 4 hours. Was able to lift my arms overhead immediately. No issues with movement. Harvest sites are minimally bruised if at all.No bleeding, no drains. I could not recommend this surgeon enough. Truly life changing results.

After doing extensive research (there are so many plastic surgeons in New York), I chose Dr. Epstein, and I am beyond grateful that I did. In 2023, I had a facelift with him, and in 2025 I returned for body contouring and breast augmentation. The results from both procedures have far exceeded my expectations—natural, balanced, and beautifully done. Dr. Epstein not only has exceptional skill and experience in his field, but he also has a true artistry that shows in his work. Equally important, his staff is incredible. From the first consultation to post-op care, they were kind, professional, and always available to answer questions, which made me feel supported and at ease throughout the process. Choosing a plastic surgeon is a big decision, but I can say with full confidence that Dr. Epstein is the very best. I look and feel amazing, and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough! I’m about 2 months post-op from my Motiva Ergonomix breast augmentation, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I’m in my mid-50s and this is something I’ve wanted for as long as I can remember.
