I have so much confidence in Dr. Epstein’s knowledge, skills & professionalism that I chose him for a 2nd time as my cosmetic surgeon! 14 years ago I underwent my initial breast augmentation with Dr. Epstein using Motiva round silicone implants & to say that I felt like “a million bucks” afterwards, was an understatement. Dr. Epstein didn’t just give me breasts, (small A cup to C), he gave me the self-confidence I had been missing to feel sexy & feminine in any clothing/lingerie I chose to wear. This past June, I decided after 14 years to “upgrade” to Motiva teardrop silicone implants and my recovery this time went even more smoothly with again NO pain though not even any discomfort at all!! Even I could not believe how I was able to go about my home & work routine the next day without any feeling of discomfort. Dr. Epstein personally called the night of my surgery to check in on me & his office sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers the next day. Dr. Epstein is a doctor who talks with you, not at you. He does not leave you feeling inferior to him or that you are wasting his time. He is a wonderful down to Earth doctor, & I am thankful & grateful that I came across his website all those 14 years ago!

I am beyond happy with my experience with Dr. Epstein and everyone at his office. I was extremely nervous about going through with a breast augmentation because I had never had surgery before, and I’m honestly a complete baby when it comes to even getting my blood drawn. Dr. Epstein was the only person I trusted enough to go through with this with, and I knew I would be in the best hands and wake up with amazing results. From the anesthesiologist and nurses to the surgical tech, every single person on the team was so incredibly sweet, patient, and reassuring. They knew how nervous I was and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and at peace. I truly felt like I was in the best hands from the moment I walked in. I absolutely LOVE my results. I looked amazing from day one, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I’m so glad I didn’t chicken out and decided to finally go through with it! Dr. Epstein did an amazing job choosing the perfect size for my body, and I’m so happy I trusted his expertise. I genuinely wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to do this for me. I would choose Dr. Epstein again in a heartbeat and am so grateful I finally took the leap and did this.

If you’re looking for results that as closely as realistically possible match what you’re going for, definitely go to Dr. Epstein. He will do whatever he can to get you the result you’re going for but he’s also very honest about what your frame and anatomy will allow. He is trustworthy and honest, which is hard to find. I felt very cared for. I was so worried going in, having never done any cosmetic procedure before. Dr. Epstein and his staff, as well as the anesthesiologist, went above and beyond to ease my anxieties and make me feel comfortable going in. I went with the Preservé technique and wanted Dr. Epstein because he’s the number one surgeon in the US for it. And all of his results looked incredible. I didn’t want to disrupt the muscle, so over the muscle was the choice. I wanted undetectable, natural results and that’s exactly what I got. I get so many compliments without people being able to tell I have implants. They fit my frame so well and just accentuate the beauty of the rest of my body so well. I was able to walk around and resume light activity right away. I was worried I couldn’t do anything without discomfort but that was the furthest thing from reality. Aside from lifting anything heavy, I could do anything. I’m a little over six weeks out and my life is completely back to the way it was before, except now when I look in the mirror, I love what I see a million times more than I did before. My incisions are healing nicely. I’m using the scar cream Dr. Epstein recommended. I can sleep on my side. I can wear whatever I want. The second best decision I ever made was doing this procedure and that’s because the first best decision was going with Dr. Epstein.

I had the Preserve procedure 5 weeks ago with Dr. Epstein and am very happy with my results so far! All the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Epstein was understanding of my end goals and with his deep knowledge on the procedure and was able to help guide me through the process. The office is a couple hours drive from me, but it was definitely worth it. The office, OR and recovery room are very clean. The staff helped calmed my nerves and make me very comfortable on operation day.

I’m a relatively anxious person and definitely had my fair share of nerves, questions, and second guessing throughout the process. Dr. Epstein was always incredibly patient and reassuring, personally called me to talk through my concerns, and never made me feel like I was being unreasonable for asking questions, even if I asked the same thing ten times. My recovery has been pretty amazing. I had very minimal pain and was able to go about my day using Extra Strength Tylenol and icing. I did have some nerve-ending type discomfort in my left breast that was briefly uncomfortable, and there was really only one day where I felt genuinely uncomfortable, but that subsided within a day or so. I was up, walking around, doing normal things, and functioning very quickly, which made the 24-hour recovery experience pretty incredible for me. I’m only three weeks out and already feel like I’m able to do so much more than I expected. Honestly, I sometimes forget I even have implants! And if you’re like me and sleep on your stomach, you absolutely can get back to sleeping comfortably. It wasn’t comfortable for me at first, so I used a pregnancy pillow and made myself a little “nest” to sleep on my back. I’m very picky about my sleep, so the fact that I was able to sleep comfortably that way was a big deal for me. Sizing was probably the thing I questioned the most. I went into this wanting BIG, big boobs and definitely had moments where I was really concerned about the size of the implant I was receiving, which was a Motiva Preservé 180 Demi profile. Dr. Epstein was very clear about what my specific anatomy could realistically accommodate and explained that going significantly larger would look extremely augmented and could come with complications such as bottoming out and visible implant edges. Part of me really thought, “I don’t care, just make them bigger,” but I eventually understood that there’s a difference between wanting mega breasts and having a result that will actually look good and hold up well on my body. I really appreciated that he was willing to be honest with me and guide me toward what he genuinely felt was the best choice rather than simply giving me what I wanted to hear. I wanted a doctor who would explain things to me and tell me “no” when appropriate, and even though I can be pushy and question things aka I lose my mind a little- I always got an explanation and reassurance. I’m still early in my recovery and my results are continuing to settle, but I have felt incredibly cared for throughout the entire process. Dr. Epstein has been knowledgeable, honest, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt comfortable and informed. I’m very grateful I chose him and would absolutely recommend him.

Dr. Epstein is not only a true master of his craft, but also a genuinely caring human being. You might think given his level of expertise and reputation that he might be cold or aloof but it’s the exact opposite. From the moment I walked into his offices for a consult, the staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. This carried through to meeting Dr Epstein for the first time, who sat down and truly focused in on discussing surgical options with me. It never felt rushed or like a punched ticket; he was truly listening and providing the best guidance tailored to me and my body. That level of attention never wavered through pre op, surgery and post op. I felt extremely well informed and cared for throughout the journey. He is very thorough and dogged about his patients prep and setting you up for the best surgical experience possible, guiding every step of the way. Post surgery when I had a concern, I called him on his cell phone (what doctor gives out their personal cell?!), got him immediately and he had me in the office to address my concern within thirty minutes. I truly didn’t know that level of service existed in the medical world. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience, and my results. There’s no one better than Dr. Epstein… if you’re taking the plunge on a cosmetic procedure, give yourself the best and go here.

Dr. Epstein is very kind and compassionate. He truly takes pride in his work and his confidence and expertise helps ease the process. Everyone he works with from the front desk to all the other nurses, doctors, clerical staff are also so kind and welcoming. If you are looking for a natural looking breast augmentation, with minimal down time his Preserve technique is it! I had my surgery wide awake and was back walking on the treadmill the next day! 10/10 would do this procedure again!

I had the Preserve procedure with Dr. Epstein and traveled from Manhattan because I wanted someone who had performed many of these procedures and specialized in natural looking augmentations. I did extensive research before choosing him. I had wanted a breast augmentation for nearly 10 years, but once Preserve became available and I saw how natural the results could look, I finally felt comfortable booking it. I had a great experience, the recovery was even easier than expected, and I was able to get back to working out so quickly!
