I am 3 weeks out from Motiva Preserve Breast augmentation with Dr. Epstein and I am loving my result! The whole process was so easy! For years I have been wanting to get a breast augmentation. When I heard about the Preserve technique with minimal downtime, no general anesthesia required and natural looking results with the new Motiva ergonomic implants I was finally ready to get it done. I am a mom who also works, so I didn’t want to have surgery that would require a lot of “downtime”. I have administered anesthesia for over 15 years, so I really wanted to pick the best surgeon. I did a ton of research which led me to Dr. Epstein -the “king” of the Preserve technique! He has been performing breast augmentation surgery for decades, and is a leader in this new minimally invasive technique. You can find his credentials on the Motiva website as well. His years of experience and expertise in this technique were exactly what I was looking for. When I contacted his office they were so friendly and accommodating. I was able to quickly schedule my surgery in time for summer! I chose to do the procedure under local anesthesia only (numbing medication) - and when I say it was easy I am not lying! I felt so comfortable and safe and cared for during the entire procedure. I was so impressed with how professional the staff was. They are very strict with their sterile technique- which is so important during surgery, especially when an implant is involved. I was anticipating moments where I might have some “discomfort” - I was extremely comfortable the ENTIRE time! We were laughing and taking during my surgery. The best part was not feeling sick or groggy from anesthesia after! I took Advil and Tylenol for about 3 days total (including the day of surgery). The day of my surgery I relaxed a bit, and was able to basically continue with my life as usual after. I feel like I barely skipped a beat! I am so happy with how I fit into my work out clothes and swim suit! Dr. Epstein helped chose the perfect size and shape for my frame - they look great but not over done. I am so happy and can’t say enough good things about Dr. Epstein and his staff! They even sent me beautiful flowers after my surgery. I have felt very cared for by Dr. Epstein and his staff! 10/10 would recommend him to anyone considering a breast augmentation!

I am so impressed and so happy with my results. Dr. Epstein is truly an artist who provided exceptional care and was very honest with me the whole way through. The preserve method had me heal up and feel normal so quickly I was shocked. I am now 6 months post op and they look so incredible. You have to trust the process here. I am so happy and finally feel confident wearing things I felt like I couldn’t wear before. The results are so realistic and it feels like I never had a procedure with how well they healed. I was able to go to work the next day no problem at all, I was able to walk around and do things pretty normally so quickly. I highly recommend the preserve method to anyone who is interested in getting implants. This was such a quick and easy procedure that my root canal literally took longer than this. I was unsure for a long time about doing this but Dr. Epstein was so informative and really taught me so much about the procedure which I really appreciated being so well informed. He provided me with a lot of videos to watch and learn which was so amazing and he was very transparent with me. I still can’t get over how realistic they look and feel and I am so happy I went through and did this for myself. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Will be referring my friends and family to Dr. Epstein.

I’ve been going back and forth about breast augmentation for over a year. When I learned about the Motiva Preservé technique, I finally decided to move forward. I then started searching for the best surgeon for this procedure and that’s how I found Dr. Epstein. Last Friday, I underwent breast augmentation using the Wide Awake technique, and it was truly an incredible experience. When most people think of surgery, they imagine being put under general anesthesia and sleeping through the entire procedure. In my case, I was awake the whole time. Who would have imagined that I would be having a breast augmentation while talking with my surgeon, asking questions and getting answers in real time, and even laughing and chatting throughout the procedure? I was definitely nervous at first, but being able to actively participate in the process actually made me feel more comfortable and reassured. The entire experience was much easier and more pleasant than I had expected. So far, my recovery has been going smoothly, and I am very happy with my decision and the results to date.

After researching surgeons on Long Island and speaking with other offices, I decided that Dr. Epstein was the right fit for me and met the criteria of experience and expertise I was looking for. From my very first consultation appointment, I knew that my experience would be a great one. Dr. Epstein was not only full of knowledge and experience, he also has a great sense of humor. He comes across as a person who takes his work seriously yet knows that it is important to establish a connection to his patients. My results exceeded my expectations and his commitment to my recovery and well-being was beyond anything I could have hoped for. Dr. Epstein and his team were incredible. I am one day post op from a preserve breast augmentation and I could not be happier with every single part of the process. I did a lot of research and knew I wanted to do preserve with motiva implants, that led me to Dr. Epstein and his team. I traveled from out of state and flew home the day after my surgery and I would do it again 1000 times over. Throughout the entire process Dr. Epstein was a wonderful educator, I felt informed and he helped me pick exactly what made sense for my anatomy and lifestyle. Even one day lost op I am in love with my results. I also want to mention that everyone from the receptionists, the nurses, the medical assistants and the anesthesiologist were so kind and caring. I woke up from surgery and was able to go right out to brunch, and even shopping! I can’t say enough about Dr Epstein and his entire staff. I had an incredible surgical experience. I was so nervous going into my surgery, but Dr Epstein and his staff calmed my nerves completely. I woke up from my breast surgery with hardly any pain and minimal downtime. I was able to drive my kids to school the next morning! I am so happy with my results and it’s only been a week post surgery. Wish I could give Dr Epstein 1000 stars!

I got a traditional breast augmentation from Dr. Epstein. He made me feel so comfortable and had overwhelming qualifications! His whole staff was the absolute best. I would do it over and over again with him!!!!
