I have been back and forth with the decision to have breast augmentation surgery for more years like I would like to admit and always found reasons not to, but I did myself a real disservice by ignoring how I felt. I finally decided to pull the trigger and did extensive research because I wasn't letting anyone near me without impossibly high credentials and raving reviews. From the minute my fiancé and I walked into Dr. Epstein’s office we were so impressed with how clean the facility was and how kind and personable the staff was. Meeting Dr. Epstein was like seeing an old friend. He was patient with the countless questions we had and very thorough and honest with both his and my expectations. When my surgery was coming up, not only did members of the staff who would be with me on my surgery day call me, but the anesthesiologist called to go over the day and make sure all my questions were answered. After surgery I was shocked by how good I felt. I was tired at first, which I think is to be expected after anesthesia, but I really never felt any pain at all, just some soreness. I only took Ibuprofen for the first two nights and after that I didn't need anything! I have to admit, Dr. Epstein's "24-hour recovery" seemed a little too good to be true, but this is for REAL. I was back to work after ONE day of my recovery and the day after that I was running around seeing family and friends on Christmas! Every step of the way since has been equally as incredible and I have two family members already planning appointments with Dr. Epstein, one of them doesn’t even live in NY. Most importantly, my results are literally 100% perfect. I could not be happier! Dr. Epstein clearly considered what would truly compliment my frame in addition to my goal to give me the best result possible. They even sent flowers to my home after my surgery! If you are questioning where to do your surgery do yourself a favor and go to Dr. Epstein and his staff. It is a big decision, but I can honestly say what he did for me changed my entire self-image for the better more than I ever thought possible.

Dr Epstein is amazing. I literally only went to him for consultations. One was 7 years ago until this year when I finally decided to do it. He was able to work with a breast reduction I had 17 years ago that was just way to small. Now I have a natural C cup and couldn’t be happier. He did the 24 hour rapid recovery on my day off. And I was back at work 2 days later able to do everything normal but carefully obviously. Love him.

3 days ago, I had my breast augmentation revision with Dr. Epstein. I cannot say enough positive things about what an amazing experience it has been having Dr. Epstein as my surgeon. Dr. Epstein is truly an artist, and I am so happy with my results, as they have exceeded my wildest expectations! I am so happy that I chose him as my surgeon! The result has been life changing for me, and has done wonders for my self confidence as prior to my surgery with Dr. Epstein I had not properly developed breasts due to some nutrition issues during puberty that stunted my growth. You would never know it looking at me now, as my breasts look and feel so beautiful and so natural and are perfectly symmetrical! It's truly amazing what Dr. Epstein was able to do. He and his staff are so kind and patient. They answered every question I had, took all my phone calls any time I thought of another question, and they we're all so nice and did their best to make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Also, the 24 hour recovery is 100% the real deal. I am a straight A college student on a scholarship, so I couldn't really afford to miss classes or assignments to have surgery. Thanks to Dr. Epstein, I didn't have to. 24 hours after my surgery, I was able to go to all my classes, and felt totally fine other than just some very mild soreness in my chest area. Later that day, I even went for a nice long walk on the hiking trail by our house with my boyfriend to get some fresh air. Even now only 3 days later, my pain is almost completely gone. Anyone considering a breast augmentation with Dr. Epstein I would highly recommend it! To be able to feel good in my own skin is the best feeling and Dr. Epstein genuinely cares about helping all his patients achieve that goal. If you're thinking about going for a consultation don't wait, because my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner!

Dr. Epstein is gifted ! I showed up to his office injured from a previous breast augmentation that was done by a different plastic surgeon on Long Island that left me crippled at 29 years old. I was in pain 24/7 and it hurt to take a deep breath on the inhale and the exhale. Dr. Epstein performed a complete revision and I woke up from surgery with NO PAIN and no swelling ! I was cooking with my sister and walking around the neighborhood a few hours after surgery. Dr. Epstein removed the botched internal reinforcement and the implants that were inappropriately large for my 5’4” 100 pound frame and now my breasts look natural. I didn’t know what to expect after surgery, because I was afraid that the pain I felt was a permanent injury, and you can never guarantee results for a procedure like this but the moment Dr. Epstein examined my implants at the consultation he felt 98% sure I would make a full recovery.. and once I woke up from surgery in the recovery room he told me he saw exactly what was wrong and removed everything that was causing me pain. I have no pain, and a better range of motion now 24 hours after surgery than I did the morning of surgery. Not only is Dr. Epstein gifted but he cares about his patients a lot. He called and texted me the evening of surgery to check on me and ask me how I’m feeling. The other plastic surgeon on Long Island who botched me also abandoned me as a patient 3 months after surgery when I complained of pain. Pick your surgeon wisely. I’m so happy that I trusted Dr. Epstein and I cant recommend him enough 🙂

I had a great experience. A few observations: - I am not sure "24-hour" recovery is accurate. I ate a sandwich, took a nap, easily stretched my arms over my head in the shower (it felt really good to do this), dressed and out to dinner. Not sure there was anything I could do at 24 hours post surgery I couldn't do at 6! 6 hour recovery? - The post surgery "pain" would be better described as "soreness". I have caused greater discomfort overdoing exercises and yard work. - I can't describe how comforting it is to be surrounded by a team that exudes passion for what they do. The atmosphere of compassionate client care, professionalism and a sincere commitment to excellence is set by Dr. Epstein, but reflected in every member of the staff we encountered. In addition, there is no stale attitude of "we've been doing this forever this is how it's always done"..it is clear Dr. Epstein is continually evaluating approaches to surgery to enhance outcomes and recovery. It allows you to feel confident not only because of his years of experience, but also because you know he and his staff are at the forefront of this field. - I imagine it goes without saying as this review has five stars that I am thrilled with the results. I could not be more pleased and thankful.

There is a reason why Dr. Epstein was my first and only consultation for my breast augmentation. The 24 hour recovery was absolutely amazing and I wouldn’t have believed it myself if I didn’t go through it. Before leaving the surgical center day of my surgery, they had me lifting my arms above my head, and I was in no pain at all! The next day, I was literally up and moving as I normally would. Dr. Epstein ensures that you are informed on exactly what is going to be done, listened to all my concerns and questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. From the entire staff, to the impeccable state of the art surgical center, the entire process was flawless! I am beyond thrilled with my results and cannot thank Dr. Epstein enough!

Dr. Epstein is very courteous and professional. The office is immaculate and the staff goes above and beyond to deliver first class, quality care. I had a deep plane facelift and am very happy with the results. It took at least ten years off my appearance. My daughter said I look like the mom she remembers growing up. The recovery process can take months. I was a little surprised to find the numbness is taking a long time to fully resolve. I’m six weeks post op currently. However, it’s improving daily. Overall, I’m glad I had it done. I would definitely recommend.

Going to Dr Epstein was a great experience! He has worked with my family and close friends, and has been extremely helpful and wonderful. Everything from the first phone call to after the surgery has been very pleasant. The whole staff has been supportive and understanding. I have felt that I have been in good hands. I had breast augmentation and the experience was amazing. Within 24 hours I returned to do almost all of my normal activities. I return to work in 2 days. And, I have felt great. I would recommend anyone to have a consult and talk to Dr Epstein about any questions and concerns.
