From the initial consultation to the day of surgery and all the post-operative care and follow up Dr. Epstein and his entire staff have been absolutely phenomenal and professional. My surgery consisted of MyEllevate, Renuvion, Submental Lipo and a full face laser ablation all done under local anesthesia. Dr. Epstein and the nurses took the time to explain everything I was to expect step by step and there were no surprises. They all have been hands on with my recovery and after care and the results are even better than expected and are expected to keep improving for the next couple of months. I would highly recommend visiting Dr. Epstein's office for a consultation for any plastic surgery you may be considering. His office offers a multitude of services and I will be returning for facials, skin care products and other services in the future.

I had my breast augmentation done by Dr. Epstein and team 3 weeks ago and I can not express how happy I am! I have wanted to have this surgery done for more than 15 years but never felt comfortable enough with the process or a doctor to move forward until now. Dr. Epstein and his team are incredible- very professional, informative, patient and truly top notch. The 24 hour recovery was exactly that! When I got home from my surgery I was able to shower, raise my arms, do homework with my kids and sit for dinner with my family. I went back to work the next day and can honestly say that I have not been in pain AT ALL (I would describe the feeling more as discomfort if anything). I have spoken to a few of my friends (and my mother!) who have had augmentations in the past (some as recent as just 2 years ago) with other doctors and they were all in shock with how they look already, how great I feel so soon and how fast my recovery was. I can't express how happy I am that I finally found Dr. Epstein and team...really a dream come true!

Dr. Epstein is truly professional, comforting and overall amazing. The staff was just as good. You can tell they really love what they do. I received the one day recovery breast augmentation and it truly is a one day recovery. I was able to raise my arms over my head the same day of my surgery and do most normal, daily activities! The next day was even better I didn’t even need to take Tylenol. I wanted to share this experience to those that may be apprehensive or nervous. For me that was the best decision I’ve ever made!

Dr. Epstein is absolutely fantastic! I recently underwent his 24 hour recovery breast augmentation and I couldn't be more happier with the results. When I first heard about the 24 hour recovery I was like "yeah right", but when I tell you I was lifting my arms before I left the recovery room maybe 30 mins after surgery, I couldn't believe it. My surgery took place around 7am and by that late afternoon I was moving around my room, trying on all my bathing suits in shock with how good I felt and looked. The literal next day I woke up and went shopping for new bras. In exactly one week from surgery, I decided I was ready to go back to college and go to one of my sorority events and when I say my friends almost fell on the floor with not only how good my chest looked but also could not believe how fast I was back to normal activity. I have not had one negative comment about my surgery and my most favorite and common compliment is how natural they look and feel (no one even believes they're fake) !! Being that my chest was something I was so insecure about all my life, I can't even begin to express how thankful I am for how confident Dr. Epstein made me. He told me he was going to do what he was positive would look best on my body and that is exactly what he did. The nurses and staff are so kind hearted and supportive during your whole time in the office. Dr Epstein helped my love my body more and I could not be more grateful for my results.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Dr. Epstein and the entire staff. I have always wanted an augmentation, but put it off over the years for many reasons; one of which was nerves. Dr. Epstein immediately made me feel comfortable and explained the entire process to me including the 24 hour recovery, which was one of the biggest reasons for me to proceed as I had always heard horror stories of others recovery time. It is truly a 24 recovery. I woke up the next morning ready for the day and able to do most things on my own. Dr. Epstein quickly knew and advised me on what was appropriate for my body and explained why it was right for me. A little over a month out since surgery and I can't imagine having done it any different. Prior to the surgery I was provided with a huge booklet that included any and all information I could possible need. This was all explained to me in detail at my pre-op appointment and calls from the office I received in the days leading up to the surgery. Each of these steps and calls were promised by the office and happened exactly as they said they would. A few weeks after surgery I had a minor concern on a weekend and Dr. Epstein called me back within minutes on a Sunday morning. This surgery & experience has been life changing for me was the best decision I have ever made.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Mark Epstein and his wonderful staff. I had gone to him 10 years ago to get a breast augmentation (which I didn't do, do to personal reasons). But he was always a Dr. I would recommend. I went back to him in March of 2021 and did a consult regarding a tummy tuck and lipo 360 and also discuss breast options. I have never had any big procedure like this, so normally i was scared and torn on what to do. He walked me through everything and never have I ever been so comfortable. Even came up with another option for my beast, which was a fat transfer and I am SOOOOO glad I listened and took his advice. My surgery was done Sept 22nd 2021 and I am 4 weeks post op and feel absolutely amazing. Even when I had to pay in full and I told his staff member how scared I was (which she saw the look on my face) she walked me through the whole procedure and showed me every room including the OR. Once I saw everything immediately my anxiety and nerves were calm. After procedure they were there every step of the way. Questions were always answered and they took such good care of me. Dr. Epstein and his staff are the only place I would highly recommending going. Just the consultation will confirm everything I am saying now. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE

If you want expertise by a perfectionist with a professional, caring, and courteous staff then you found the right place. This is not a volume practice. Both my wife and I underwent procedures. I chose Dr. Epstein knowing he had microsurgery experience and had seen the amazing work he did rebuilding a young woman’s entire face after a bad car accident. I knew if he could correct that condition my face surgery would be no challenge at all. The icing on the cake was when a stranger thought I was 15 years younger. Your only regret will be why didn’t you do this any sooner.

I cannot be more happy than I am from this life changing experience from Dr. Epstein and his staff. I loved how caring and patient they were when I was feeling nervous. My chest size was too big for me and I needed to do something about it, I’m so happy that Dr. Epstein was able to make that perfect change for me. Him and his staff were all professional, caring, patient, and hard working. Dr. Epstein, Dr. Levaey, Tammy and everyone else was great. I felt welcomed and comfortable when I was in the office. I couldn’t be more happier with my results, thanks to Dr. Epstein and his team!

I have had multiple procedures done with both Janet and Dr. Epstein as well as many different facials with Amanda. Dr. Epstein's bedside manner before and after surgery is fantastic. Janet has perfected her abilities with exact precision and is amazing! I never imagined injections to be painless but Janet has managed to do just that. And Amanda is a wealth of knowledge for your skin. Everyone takes time to answer all questions so you are comfortable and confident in your decisions. Recovery time is always short and comfortable with piece of mind of having their support every step of the way. Dr. Epstein's office is like one stop shopping right down to the nurses and wonderful front desk staff!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Epstein and his staff. As much as I wanted to do an augmentation, I was scared of doing it because I have never done a surgery. My friend had one done years ago and she expressed that it was a long recovery to where she couldn't drive for many weeks and had difficulty showering. This was turning me away from doing the augmentation. However, when I researched doctors and found Dr. Epstein, I read about his "24- hour recovery" and felt that this was the way I wanted to go. My first meeting with Dr. Epstein, he explained the 24- hour recovery and made me feel comfortable with the procedure and weeks later, I had it done. It really was a 24-hour recovery. I followed Dr. Epstein's recovery instructions and truly felt great the next day. I was even able to raise my arms, get dressed and shower on my own the day of the procedure. The booklet of information that was given to me before the procedure truly described EVERYTHING I would be feeling before and after the procedure. I am very happy with the outcome and glad I did it. Tammy, one of the nurses, is the sunshine of that office. She not only held my hand when I was nervous but, she did her best to set my mind at ease. Very thankful I chose this doctor.
