I had major breast reconstruction in April 2021. I had a breast lift, with implant placement under my muscle with supportive mesh placed in as well. My recovery was incredible…my one day recovery had me back to my regular living within 24 hours. I was walking around my community the next day, and feeling up to cooking meals (my husband isn’t the greatest cook). I HIGHLY recommend sticking to his recipe for recovery, because many of my friends who had reconstructive surgery did not even remotely recover like I did. My surgery was the 20th, and by the 23rd I felt comfortable to go to my gym and walk on the treadmill. I respected my recovery but was also empowered by Dr. Epstein in the forwarding of my recovery. Dr. Epstein and his staff have been nothing other than the best and most caring, pre-op, operative, and post-op. Ok, so let’s get to my results…I have never been so happy with my appearance in my entire life. I’m a 36 year old woman who has maintained a 150# weight loss for many years, and decided it was time for my body to finally reflect all of my hard work. I remember going into my surgery discussing with Dr. Epstein my desired results, and I told him that I trusted him with my final size. I just wanted to be proportionate and look natural. That’s exactly what he gave me. He gave me the most perfect breasts ever. I am two months post op officially today, and I am astonished still every time I look in the mirror. I have this confidence and love of myself I never knew was possible. Dr. Epstein is not only a skilled surgeon but he is kind and compassionate which is such a cherished characteristic.

I had breast implants 20 years ago, and had been thinking about removing them for some time, but was very nervous about finding the right doctor and also going under anesthesia again. Dr. Epstein performed the removal with a fat transfer (for shaping) 4 weeks ago and I am so happy with the results! The shape and symmetry are perfect, really, the result is truly beyond what I had expected, especially at my age. Dr. Epstein and his entire staff from the front desk to the nurses and finally the anesthesiologist, were so kind, professional and helpful throughout the process - I felt at ease and relaxed the whole time. I was also surprised and very happy with the minimal downtime post surgery. I had the surgery on a Wednesday (and by the way, his surgical facility is really impressive) I took off of work on Thursday and worked from home very comfortably on Friday (I probably could have gone into the office, but had already arranged to stay home). I've already recommended Dr. Epstein to a couple of my friends who I know are thinking about various procedures. Not all plastic surgeons are created equal, so I feel extremely lucky that I found Dr. Epstein, he's truly an artist!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Epstein. I have consulted with other surgeons regarding Breast Augmentation and done extensive research of my own. Not one other surgeon made me feel as comfortable as I felt within minutes of meeting Dr. Epstein. It began when I walked in-the staff is friendly and warm and the office is clean and inviting. No other doctor took the time to talk to me and ask about my life and reasoning behind wanting a BA. I felt like Dr. Epstein cared from the first minute we started talking. He made it clear that he would only do what is safe for my body and that alone screams professionalism. He takes pride in his work and the safety of his patients. I appreciate that so much. Other doctors felt like plastic surgery factories where they just wanted to get as many patients in and out as possible. My decision was made SO easily after my consultation with Dr. Epstein. On the day of surgery I was nervous but I truly felt I was in the best hands. The nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. Epstein all made me feel so safe and actually EXCITED. Surgery went amazing and when I woke up my nurse was very attentive. I went home a few short hours after surgery feeling awesome. I followed Dr. Epstein’s post surgery instructions and by that evening I was feeling amazing. I was able to shower and wash my own hair. Dr. Epstein called me that evening to check in and I thought that was so kind and caring. I returned to work at my school the following morning. It was absolutely unreal to me how fast I felt normal. I took ibuprofen 800mg for just the first 2 days and after that needed nothing. After 24 hours I was able to do almost all of my normal tasks besides lifting things over 25 lbs. I drove normally, cleaned and worked. I went back to the gym at 1 week post op for cardio and even some lower body exercises. I have been working out ever since. I am 4 weeks post op now and not only do I feel amazing and I am working out upper body now (lower weights than normal) but I am sleeping wonderfully and my breasts look so amazing. They look very natural and full and just awesome! I know they will settle more as time goes but they are pretty darn perfect looking already!! Dr. Epstein is an angel, truly. He gave me confidence back that I never thought I’d feel again and actually CARES about his patients. I wore a dress without chicken cutlets for the first time ever last weekend and I am so excited to wear a bathing suit this summer and feel good in my skin! I could not be happier with the results of my surgery -- this is a life changer. I received a breast reduction from Dr. Epstein. I have always had a disproportionately large chest and it was such a drain on my self confidence. I finally decided to take the plunge and schedule an appointment. From the consultation to the surgery, the customer service was top notch. Dr. Epstein and his staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and based on the results of my surgery, extremely skilled at what they do. One thing that I really appreciated was there was no pushy sales pitch, no flashy advertisements - Dr. Epstein's work and his consistent 5 star reviews speak for themselves. This was the first surgery I'd ever undergone so I was naturally nervous, but the team made the experience wonderful. My recovery--the only word I can use is "insane." Within 24 hours I was up and walking around, my pain level was a 1 out of 10 from the moment I walked out of surgery. The only medication I used was Ibuprofren and Tylenol. My husband had to yell at me to stop tidying around the house, because I felt that good. My friends who were checking in didn't believe me when I told them how good I felt - they thought I was downplaying. I was not! And then of course, the final result -- everything I hoped for! I feel so good about myself I'm trying to avoid mirrors because then I have to stop and look. My clothes fit, I can wear a bathing suit without feeling embarrassed, even my posture is better because I'm not hunching to try and hide my chest. As I said, this is a life changing experience. If this is something you've been considering but have been hesitant, go see Dr. Epstein, you will be glad you did!!!

Dr. Epstein and the office were absolutely incredible. I went for a breast augmentation and I could not be happier with my experience as well as my results! The office is super clean, and modern looking. The staff were awesome, they were all so nice, lovely to talk to, knew exactly what they were talking about and made me feel so comfortable. The day of my surgery went so smoothly. Dr. Epstein can be fully trusted and you will not be disappointed. I left with amazing results! He gave me exactly what I wanted, the perfect size and shape especially to fit my body, it really looks so natural. He knows exactly what he is doing!!!!!! By the end of day of my surgery I was able to put my hands above my head! The 24 hour-recovery is a gift. I was able to do pretty much everything I wanted to besides the obvious not to do's (like lifting heavy things). I was even able to drive my car the next day! The incisions are under my breasts and they look great, they are not noticeable. My friends and family were obsessed with the results. I got so many compliments and I truly couldn't be happier. I will be recommending Dr. Epstein to many of my other friends and family members because he is the best of the best! Thank you Dr. Epstein and to the staff!! I am so happy with my results of my breast implant removal and fat transfer, and so grateful for Dr. Epstein's expertise! I had my implants for 13 years, and wanted them removed, but was worried that I would have no breasts left! Dr. Epstein assured me that he could transfer fat from my torso, to the breast area, after the implant removals. I felt confident in his abilities from the first meeting. The office is great, and I was happy that he has his own state of the art, immaculate surgical suite, on site, so I didn't have to go to a hospital! (especially now with covid concerns). I felt cared for and my surgery went better than I expected. The doctor called me that evening to check on me, and was always happy to answer and explain any questions I had. I was impressed with the great care and attention the staff gives to health and safety. It's been three weeks since my procedure, and everyone is telling me how great I look! More importantly, I FEEL great, and I would recommend Dr. Epstein to any one considering plastic surgery! My recovery was so quick, and now I can really enjoy the summer!

I have always been interested in a breast augmentation but was hesitant to actually move forward with it due to my work as the owner of a fitness center. I didn't want to have to take time off teaching classes and my own personal workout routine. When I had my consult with Dr. Epstein, he made me feel reassured and more comfortable and even confident about my decision to have the procedure. My surgical experience was 10/10 from start to finish. I was quite nervous but everyone from the front desk staff, to all the nurses, and doctors were so incredibly kind and wonderful with calming my nerves. On the day of my surgery it was only about an hour upon arrival that I was in the operating room. After I woke up from the surgery, I was surprised that I wasn't in too much pain and it was easily controlled by over the counter medication that I only needed for a day or two. Even more shocking, the nurses had me lifting my arms up over my head before even leaving to go home (within an hour after the procedure!). The next day, I went on a nice long walk and had nearly no pain. Within just 2 days I felt completely comfortable returning back to work and training clients (while being careful and smart about it of course). I was able to demonstrate all nearly all movements to my clients and easily move my arms up over my head with virtually no pain at all. Not only am I beyond happy with the progression of my recovery but the results of my procedure as well. I am young and my only complaint was the size of my breasts and Dr. Epstein helped me choose the ideal size for my body type and made me feel so empowered! The staff and services provided at Epstein Plastic Surgery are simply unmatched.

After my breast reduction and body contouring I could not have imagined how amazing my results would be. Only 24 hrs after surgery my breast were already feeling great; I was able to get up shower, and go about my routine. The body contouring recovery also went extremely well. I was driving and back to work much sooner than I anticipated. Dr. Epstein and his staff were truly excellent professionals from my first consult, through surgery and as I continue with my post-op visits.

After doing extensive research on labiaplasty options, I chose Dr. Epstein due to his expertise and experience with this procedure. I could not be happier with my choice. The result is fantastic, the recovery was minimal, and there was no pain involved during or after surgery. I was back to living normally within 24 hours with only a few standard restrictions. There was really no disruption at all. His team is wonderful and very professional as well. Please do your research - I would highly recommend Dr. Epstein for this procedure, hands down.

I went to Dr. Epstein for an "AUTO-AUGMENTATION MASTOPEXY - BILATERAL BREASTS MASTOPEXY (Lifting both breasts by elevating the skin off the breasts and using unwanted skin to augment the breasts.) with the Use of Galaflex mesh MASTOPEXY (Use of artificial mesh to support the shape of the breast)" and I am thrilled with my result and healing process! After significant weight loss I had some severe sagging and poor tissue quality at 35 years old. I thought I needed implants to achieve the aesthetic I desired but Dr. Epstein walked me through all the possibilities and explained what he thought would offer me the best result in the long term. I was so happy that we decided on a lift with the use of the Galaflex mesh to give me the desired shape. The staff at his office was incredible. Dr. Levy the anesthesiologist Dr. Epstein works with put me completely at ease and was so comforting about the entire process. I was put to sleep and woke up comfortably after my procedure. The recovery and healing process has been beyond my expectations. The evening of my procedure I was able to prepare my own food, lift my arms, and rest comfortably. The next day I was able to go for a walk and resume my self care activities with minimal to no pain. 48 hours later I was able to drive myself to my post op appointment and I returned to work 3 days after my procedure. I am now 4 days post surgery and I am so pleased with how I am looking and feeling. I can only imagine how fantastic I am going to look a few weeks from now. I would highly recommend Dr. Epstein; he and his entire staff have been exceptional!
