I had surgery in mid July & am beyond pleased. The 24 hr recovery w/ no narcotics is true. Had the surgery Tues afternoon, was pretty uncomfortable that night mainly tightness, went to my f/u Wed AM, then work (desk job) at 12p. I received the recommendation from a fellow nurse. I was very impressed during the consult so didn’t bother doing other consults. Everyone from the front desk to Billing was great. They are nice, patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Dr Epstein did not BS me or try to “sell me”. He does not discuss money but instead focuses on your wants & options. He is very experienced & confident which was comforting but was also warm & friendly. The nurses, especially for my procedure were great. I LOVE that he promotes & encourages being an informed patient, advocating for yourself, & staying educated. His office & website are very nice which gave a good impression. They give you a long (~50 pg) packet prior & it has everything-pre op, intra op, post op info, possible complications after, the healing period & each stage. It was my bible!!! I did still have to call a few times after w/ questions & ALWAYS spoke w/ a nurse. 4 months now, everything has fallen into place as he said, even my scar though not fully healed, looks great.

I am beside myself on how wonderful of a job Dr. Epstein did on my nose. He performed the surgery 8 days ago and you can't even see where he made the incision now. I had no bruising, minimal swelling, and the results are so natural that no one can tell the difference. Sweet and caring staff who take as much pride in his work as he does. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Epstein and his team made me feel so comfortable from the beginning to the end of my journey. I went in for a breast augmentation and I couldn't be more satisfied with my results! Dr. Epstein helped me choose the perfect size and type of implant that would work best for my body type. Recovery was minimal-24hours! I have nothing but great things to say. I highly recommend them!

Great surgeon! I was really nervous about finding someone to perform a breast augmentation on a trans woman on long island but they made the process extremely easy! From booking the consult to surgery the process only took 3 weeks. Everyone in his office made me and everyone in my family feel welcomed and taken care of! I am so grateful that Dr. Epstein knew what my body could handle and it made the recovery so much more bearable. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time and could ask anything.

I was able to go home right after the procedure and raise my arms above my head. I took a two hour nap for the affects of the anesthesia to wear off. The "24 hour recovery" is true. I took off from the work the next day, but mostly because I still felt tightness and a little discomfort. I was able to continue with routine activities such as bathing, dressing myself, drive, and lift light objects. Dr. Epstein's attention to detail is unmatched. He is honest will help you pick the right size for you body. He truly is the best in his field. I trust him and would definitely go back to him for other procedures.

Dr. Epstein is truly an impressive surgeon. I'm 30 years old and I had considered having a breast augmentation for many years, but never came across a surgeon that I knew I wanted to work with. When I saw the wealth of information on Dr. Epstein's website, I knew I had found my surgeon. From my very first contact with the office, his staff was beyond wonderful. They are kind, friendly, compassionate, accommodating and efficient. I had my BA using the 24-Hour Recovery method (narcotic free) about 11 weeks ago with round gummy implants. Since I traveled from northern Westchester to Long Island for the procedure (about 90 minutes to 2 hrs), I was able to have my pre-op appointment the night before surgery, stay in a hotel, have surgery the following morning and spend the night at a hotel again so I could have my post-op appointment first thing the morning after surgery. Dr. Epstein's team went the extra mile to provide excellent suggestions for dinner in town and discounted hotel rates. Following surgery, I left Dr. Epstein's brand new surgical center around 3 pm and rested for a bit. Since Dr. Epstein's method presents no need to use drains and employs the use of Dermabond (a liquid bandage), I was able to fully shower the same evening. I also had full range of my arms to wash and dry my hair, get dressed, and felt well enough walk around the local mall. When I returned home the day after surgery, I was able to carry my laundry basket to the basement to do wash and unpack my bags with relative ease. I returned to work as a middle school teacher the next day, just 2 days after surgery! My only physical restrictions prescribed by Dr. Epstein were to refrain from heavy aerobic exercise and lifting anything over 25 lbs for the first three weeks. Within 4 weeks of surgery I was back to more strenuous exercise and am now back to my pre-surgery heavy weight training. Many women are not even allowed to begin exercising until 12 weeks! Although I took the prescribed Ibuprofen, I was NEVER IN PAIN and think I could have done without any pain medications at all. Finally, Dr. Epstein and his staff really went above and beyond expectations for patient care. The evening of surgery, Dr. Epstein personally called me to check in and 3 days after surgery, a huge bouquet of flowers was delivered to my home. I can only hope that Dr. Epstein will still be practicing many years from now when it's time to exchange my implants!
