My biggest concern when I starting looking for a plastic surgeon for my breast augmentation was how long of a recovery it would be. I own a business and I only work weekends, but I work EVERY weekend. All of my jobs are booked 8 months to a year in advance, so I wouldn't be able to take off a week of work to have this surgery. 24 HOUR recovery is 100% accurate. There is zero exaggeration when they claim this. I had my surgery on Wednesday 10/24 in the morning. I did exactly what they instructed me to do: go home, take a 2 hour nap, shower, and go to dinner. Before I left the surgery I was able to raise my arms above my head! But here's the best part... I was able to go to the mall the next day to try on new clothes and even go to work that Saturday! I worked all day Saturday and Sunday without any challenges! Any by the way, I also have a 4 year old daughter, who clearly requires my attention every minute. From my first impression when I found Dr Epstein on a google search was his new, updated website. I called right away, and the woman I spoke with on the phone answered all of my questions and even explained to me about her recent breast augmentation surgery she had, and how quick her recovery was. At my first appt Dr Epstein was very honest with me about how large of a size he would recommend and the negatives of going any larger than he recommended. I was very adamant about having a natural, yet fuller look. Dr. Epstein gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for. I hope that if someone reads this, they seriously consider Dr. Epstein because all of my friends who have had breast augmentation surgeries elsewhere, all agree that my recovery and results are beyond what they had experienced or seen from their doctors (also in Long Island). Thank you Dr Epstein and your entire staff for helping me feel like my best self !!

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Epstein and everyone in his office. Let me begin by saying this was my second augmentation. I had my first procedure done by another surgeon- June 2015. July 2018 my right implant ruptured. I went back to my original surgeon and had scheduled the surgery date to have the implant replaced. I cancelled my appointment after having a horrible experience with someone in his office and I was then recommended to see Dr. Epstein by my sister-in-law. After the first conversation I had with Dr. Epstein’s staff, I knew they truly cared for their patients. I had the consult and surgery date both scheduled within a week and a half of that first phone call. I wish I had found Dr. Epstein prior to my first surgery. Dr. Epstein has amazing bedside manner and is very personable. He spent his time answering all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. The day of surgery: Because of Dr. Epstein’s calm demeanor and warming personality, I wasn’t nervous at all! He reviewed everything with me and introduced me to all of his surgery staff. Dr. Epstein even took the time out of his day to call me and ask how I was feeling the night of surgery. The office even sent flowers!!! His 24-hour recovery was almost unbelievable to me because of my experience after the first augmentation. IT’S A REAL THING! I was able to put my arms above my head, shower myself and go out to dinner the day of surgery! We were amazed at how much I could do alone. I probably could have went into work the following day too. I am now three weeks post op and my breast feel AMAZING. I had my saline implants removed and replaced with Motiva Ergonomix. I do NOT recommend saline implants due to how unnatural they feel. I could feel/ see the rippling on the side and underneath of my breasts, which made me feel very self-conscious. I even began to regret my augmentation because of this. Now, no rippling WHAT-SO-EVER. I love my results and can’t thank Dr. Epstein enough. I couldn’t imagine a better experience and am so grateful!

I’ve undergone two surgical procedures with Dr. Epstein; a Belf- lipectomy and Mastopexy with Galaflex mesh internal bra. The belf lipectomy was in mid-June and the second procedure (Mastopexy) was a month later in July. My recovery was evident by how quickly I recuperated from the first procedure because I was able to have the second procedure as scheduled with no issues and 24 hour breast recovery, incredible! From start to finish, Dr. Epstein has been highly attentive, skilled, and empathetic to the process of my breast and body contouring procedures. Including right down to the details in my surgical packet which guided my preparations before and after surgery. Naturally, planning ones “physical” happiness carries an emotional charge, and requires realistic psychological expectations. Dr. Epstein and his entire staff understand this and have been wholeheartedly dedicated to gently guiding my recovery process., mind, body & spirit! ♡ I am thrilled with my decision to have Dr. Mark Epstein as my medical Doctor, and with my decision to have cosmetic surgery to improve my health and wellbeing! It has taken me five years to lose 100 lbs., and my decision to have these procedures has been part of designing my long term happiness.
