I loved my experience with Dr. Epstein. I had breast augmentation surgery with him three weeks ago. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of deciding which implant to get and answered all of my questions, even taking time out of his schedule to call me at home to discuss things with me before I booked surgery. His staff easily accommodated me exactly when I wanted my surgery done and are always very friendly when I go to the office. His 24 hour recovery is incredible. I didn’t expect to feel as good as I did so quickly after surgery. The day of the procedure I was home by noon, took my 2 hour nap and felt great once I woke up and took a shower. That afternoon I was actually up washing dishes, doing laundry and playing with my 1 year old. I took a week and a half off from work, but I could’ve gone back sooner than that. I have a physical job so I wanted to be on the safe side. After much back and forth I decided to go with the Motiva implants and take part in the clinical trial. I was deciding between them and the Allergan Natrelle teardrop implants. However, after feeling the Motiva implants I could tell they were unlike any other implant. So far I am VERY happy with my decision. They look and feel so natural and I know they are only going to get better from here. I left the size completely up to Dr. Epstein and he picked the perfect size that fits my body. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with him and his staff. I highly recommend him and the Motiva implants!

Update: 5 years post op and still very satisfied with results. Highly recommend. Dr. Epstein is by far one of the best surgeons out there! His bedside manner, professionalism, and patience to answer my questions and concerns made all the difference in my surgery consideration. The 24 hour recovery process was amazing and I was back at work the day after my surgery. Simple tasks like opening pill bottles and vacuuming took a little extra effort, but for the most part, I felt completely fine, and with absolutely no pain! I ultimately decided to go with the Motiva implants and while the other implants choices were still a considerable option, the Motiva ones felt so unbelievably natural. My biggest concern when I starting looking for a plastic surgeon for my breast augmentation was how long of a recovery it would be. I own a business and I only work weekends, but I work EVERY weekend. All of my jobs are booked 8 months to a year in advance, so I wouldn't be able to take off a week of work to have this surgery. 24 HOUR recovery is 100% accurate. There is zero exaggeration when they claim this. I had my surgery on Wednesday 10/24 in the morning. I did exactly what they instructed me to do: go home, take a 2 hour nap, shower, and go to dinner. Before I left the surgery I was able to raise my arms above my head! But here's the best part... I was able to go to the mall the next day to try on new clothes and even go to work that Saturday! I worked all day Saturday and Sunday without any challenges! Any by the way, I also have a 4 year old daughter, who clearly requires my attention every minute. From my first impression when I found Dr Epstein on a google search was his new, updated website. I called right away, and the woman I spoke with on the phone answered all of my questions and even explained to me about her recent breast augmentation surgery she had, and how quick her recovery was. At my first appt Dr Epstein was very honest with me about how large of a size he would recommend and the negatives of going any larger than he recommended. I was very adamant about having a natural, yet fuller look. Dr. Epstein gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for. I hope that if someone reads this, they seriously consider Dr. Epstein because all of my friends who have had breast augmentation surgeries elsewhere, all agree that my recovery and results are beyond what they had experienced or seen from their doctors (also in Long Island). I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Epstein and everyone in his office. Let me begin by saying this was my second augmentation. I had my first procedure done by another surgeon- June 2015. July 2018 my right implant ruptured. I went back to my original surgeon and had scheduled the surgery date to have the implant replaced. I cancelled my appointment after having a horrible experience with someone in his office and I was then recommended to see Dr. Epstein by my sister-in-law. After the first conversation I had with Dr. Epstein’s staff, I knew they truly cared for their patients. I had the consult and surgery date both scheduled within a week and a half of that first phone call. I wish I had found Dr. Epstein prior to my first surgery. Dr. Epstein has amazing bedside manner and is very personable. He spent his time answering all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. The day of surgery: Because of Dr. Epstein’s calm demeanor and warming personality, I wasn’t nervous at all! He reviewed everything with me and introduced me to all of his surgery staff. Dr. Epstein even took the time out of his day to call me and ask how I was feeling the night of surgery. The office even sent flowers!!! His 24-hour recovery was almost unbelievable to me because of my experience after the first augmentation. IT’S A REAL THING! I was able to put my arms above my head, shower myself and go out to dinner the day of surgery! We were amazed at how much I could do alone. I probably could have went into work the following day too. I am now three weeks post op and my breast feel AMAZING. I had my saline implants removed and replaced with Motiva Ergonomix. I do NOT recommend saline implants due to how unnatural they feel. I could feel/ see the rippling on the side and underneath of my breasts, which made me feel very self-conscious. I even began to regret my augmentation because of this. Now, no rippling WHAT-SO-EVER. I love my results and can’t thank Dr. Epstein enough. I couldn’t imagine a better experience and am so grateful!
