I am a perfectionist and what drew me to Dr. Epstein was 1. his 24 hour recovery method and 2. how natural his breast augmentations looked. I really could not take a lot of days off of work and am so grateful that the 24 hour recovery, was indeed, 24 hours. I had the surgery on a Saturday, and since I am a slow healer and a big wimp when it comes to pain, I took off Monday and Tuesday but I really did not need those days off! I was a little skeptical when reading the reviews about how his patients went out shopping and to dinner the day of surgery, thinking it was too good to be true, but guess what! I went out shopping and to dinner the day of surgery! I couldn't believe how well I felt and the fact that I could actually lift my arms over my head in the recovery room was incredible. I don't know why anyone would choose to undergo breast augmentation without doing it the 24 hour recovery way. Dr. Epstein listened to ALL of my wants and concerns, and at the same time gave his professional advice. He does not try to push his own agenda on you like some would. With all of the patients he sees, he somehow magically makes you feel as if you are his only patient. All of my emails and phone calls to him were answered almost immediately. I had a lot of concerns about undergoing general anesthesia and when I brought this up to Dr. Epstein, he made sure to have his nurse note it in my chart and had the anesthesiologist call me to answer any questions I had. I spoke with the anesthesiologist several times, and built a relationship with her prior to meeting her on my surgery date. She was amazing and so gentle. They went above and beyond the call of duty. His staff should be THE example to follow for what customer service in the healthcare field should be. They are so attentive, caring, and genuine. They make you feel so comfortable. From the front desk staff, to the nurses, everyone makes you feel like you are in good hands and a part of their family. Dr. Epstein and his team truly are the best.

I was extremely hesitant to getting any sort of procedure done but thanks to the technology available at Dr. Epstein's office I was able to get a fairly good idea as to what my results could look like. The entire staff was extremely accommodating as the weeks leading up to my surgery i must have asked a million questions and they were very informative and lovely. The surgery itself took no longer than an hour to perform, and due to Dr. Epstein's innovative procedure I was able to raise both hands over my head before I went home. The 24 hour recovery is honestly fantastic as the pain was minimal and I didn't need to take any days off from work , I was able to go back to my every day routine the following day.

I was 26 years old, eager to have a breast augmentation but still never felt ready or comfortable to take the next step until I came across Dr. Epstein and read all the great reviews, information on his website about the procedure and looked at his patients results. When I met with him and his amazing team everything changed that. Everyone has 2nd thoughts, worries, being rushed and maybe a little uneasy - not only did I know during my consult that I was making the right decision, but it's now been a year and I've never been so happy about the decision I made and my amazing results...AMAZING! Over the past year I've experienced a great deal. I've experienced the 24 hour recovery that no one thinks is possible or exists...but believe me it does!! Going to buy your first bra at Victorias secret and not having to get the bomb shell because my very own size are just right! Bathing suit shopping for the first time and booking a vacation because I couldn't wait to be on the beach. People noticing I looked a little extra fuller in my top but not knowing I had surgery- absolutely awesome!! Most importantly, I can only smile and feel nothing but happiness that I did something that I truly wanted to do and I have 0 regrets. None of this would have happened without Dr. Epstein. He is knowledgeable, experienced, caring and truly an amazing plastic surgeon. You changed my every day....thank you for making this past year a memorable one. Another Doctor recommended Dr. Mark Epstein to me, and I am so happy that I went along with his recommendation to have him do my breast augmentation. From making my consultation appointment, to meeting Dr. Epstein, all the way to surgery and recovery, I was treated with a welcoming and friendly staff, and a comfortable environment. Dr. Epstein and his staff were so caring and full of knowledge that none of my questions were left unanswered. The practice is very professional, ethical and amazing. Dr. Epstein made my decision for my breast augmentation very easy, I left knowing exactly what to expect from beginning to end and knowing the best choice to make that he believed would suit me and look best on my body, therefore I went with the "Gummy Bear" implants and I am so happy with my decision. 🙂 All my life, I've had a flat chest and was very self-conscious, even in my own skin and certain types of clothes that I had always wanted to wear but couldn't because of how I looked. I decided to do something for myself, to make myself happy and I am beyond happy with the results that I got. The 24-hour/1-Day recovery is absolutely true!!!!! A friend of mine had the same procedure done by another doctor and had a difficult time recovering from her breast augmentation surgery, it actually took her a few weeks to recover! NOT ME..My surgery was done at 3:00 in the afternoon on a Wednesday, I woke up right after surgery and after recovery was able to lift my arms above my head and walk right out the office. I went home and slept for the time that I was told to and woke up, walked around and did what I normally do. The only pain I felt was soreness as if I just had a rigorous workout and felt that in my chest, which would go away with Tylenol. The NEXT day I went to my post-op at 4:00, (25-HOURS LATER) and right after I went to a Bridal Showcase for my sister. YES I WENT OUT! I couldn't believe it myself, but I was out and about. The recovery time was awesome and I couldn't have asked for a better way to recover. The size is exactly what I wanted and looks perfect for me! I am so grateful for the way they came out and how I feel now. He is truly skilled at what he does! It will be a year in September that I have had my breast augmentation, and my scar is very minimal, you don't even see it! THANK YOU SO MUCH to Doctor Epstein and his staff for making this experience easy going and leaving me so happy with my results! I would recommend him to ALL my family and friends for any procedure, hands down the BEST!! 🙂
