I am SO THANKFUL to have found Dr. Epstein and have been going to him for over 10 years. Dr. Epstein and his staff have always been so wonderful, and it has been a pleasure going to the office all these years. I started going to Dr. Epstein for lip injections and have been very pleased with my results. I always wanted to get a breast augmentation but was scared to get surgery and worried about being dissatisfied with the results. This year I finally decided to have a consultation with Dr. Epstein and we discussed my fears, expectations, options, his suggestions and recommendations. It was a collaborative effort and I felt most comfortable and confident with my decision to get a breast augmentation and breast lift. In preparation for my procedure I felt mentally, emotionally and physically ready after speaking to Dr. Epstein, his staff, and reviewing the booklet that was provided to me about the surgery and pre-op/post-op instructions. My surgery went great, the heeling time was very quick, my results were amazing and my breasts look so natural. I am beyond ecstatic with my overall experience with Dr. Epstein and would highly recommend and advocate for anyone to go to him. The people I have referred to Dr. Epstein share my opinion as well.

I have known this doctor over twenty five years. When my daughter was eight years old she was scalped in a go cart accident. She had twelve hour surgery to save her life, Two surgeries to reconstruct. I was a single mom, This was my only child. I did not have insurance.. Dr Epstein Looked at me and told me not only Would he make my daughter back to her beautiful self, He promised he would be best friends with my daughter, And money wasn't an issue.. He didn't care if I had a penny. He saved my child's life With no regard for payment!!!!!! Dr.Epstein kept every promise! He treated my daughter Like she was his own and I had no money to pay. He still looks out for her!!! Today I return to the office, With a friend of mine. She wanted to have a face lift, Her nose done and her neck tucked.. We went to the office this morning. The staff in the front did not know that I'm friends with him., They were most welcoming.. Renee., Lisa and Erica the nurses.. Were exceptionally kind, Caring and patient. My friend had So many questions and they took the time never once making it feel uncomfortable. The anesthesiologist came walking in her name was Doctor Levy. She was wearing an angel on her neck.. I wear one so I asked her the significance of hers. She told me she wears it to watch over her patients that she is in the operating room with. The nicest anesthesiologist I ever met. Doctor Epstein came into the room. He is kind and reassuring. He was very focused. Very professional very caring..They discussed exactly what she wanted done. He's a perfectionist., With the most ginormous heart you've ever known in your life. Every single member of his staff today impressed me. It wasn't about money!! The standard of care was above ten stars., Not 5.!!! Every single member of his staff is genuinely concerned., Dedicated., Professional and kind. Before the surgery was over we received a message that she was doing okay. That's above and beyond. Doctor Mark Epstein Is a gift from God.. I'm not kidding.. He saved my daughter's life when she was eight years old. He didn't give a damn if he got paid. He never charged me. 3 surgeries.. Major scalp reconstruction. He gave my daughter back her life! Today my friend paid for her surgery, He gave her back her life.... But it wouldn't matter., If She had a dollar or a million to pay, The doctor puts his heart into every patient and the standard of care, Is above and beyond any doctor in the world. I challenge you to find another doctor's office more dedicated. My friend wanted to look more beautiful today.. Doctor Epstein gave her that result! The office has my number.. If you want to see what his golden hands did for my daughter or my friend.. Call me.... I Trust this doctor with all my life . 25 years after Surgery he still checks up on my daughter. Over twenty five years ago, They saved my daughter's life. I didn't have a dollar to pay. He's still the same kind soul he ever was. If you are looking for a surgeon Who is going to care about the result? Who's gonna care about You as human being.. Who has the most kindest staff in the world. Look no further.

The end result of my labiaplasty surgery was truly remarkable! I am so happy I chose Dr. Epstein to do this surgery! His staff and him are so caring and friendly. I had a breast augmentation about 8 years ago, which was performed by another surgeon. At the time I had saline implants. My recovery time was several months and unfortunately I experienced a capsular contraction on one side almost immediately. After about 6 months I had surgery to repair it but it then reoccurred. At that point I decided I would just live with it. I was pretty unhappy with the results. This past January I decided I would switch out the old saline implants for silicone. I got opinions from a few doctors, including Dr. Epstein. The other doctors recommended the gummy bear implants, because it is the newest and most popular implants being used today. However, Dr. Epstein explained that since I am very thin and due to my lack of breast tissue and the severity of the contracture I would get a better result with round saline implants. After reviewing everything I agreed with Dr. Epstein. He preformed my surgery back in February and I couldn't be happier. The saline look and feel so natural. My recovery time was truly the 24 hours he said it would be. I was able to lift my arms over my head the same night, 2 days later I was walking around Manhattan!!! My grown daughter was so impressed (and jealous) she consulted Dr. Epstein and scheduled her breast augmentation the following week. She was a candidate for the gummy bear implants and she looks absolutely wonderful!! She also experienced a rapid recovery and was going out dancing in a week. After extensive online research, I came across Dr. Epstein's claim of 24 hour recovery from breast augmentation surgery. Hard to believe, but his credentials are impeccable so I decided to go in for a consult. I was greeted by the front desk and was impressed immediately by the overall professionalism of the office and his support staff. Dr. Epstein was warm, friendly and confidently answered all of my questions and concerns. I was a 36B and wanted to augment up to a 38D but wasn't sure how it would look on me. That was not a problem. He took a photo of my existing breasts and showed me a computer generated 3D model of myself with the implants in varying sizes. I decided to go with the 38D size and set up an appointment for surgery. The Office Manager was so helpful, provided all the essential information that I needed and was available to answer any/all follow-up questions that I had. To say the results are stellar is a big understatement!! I am thrilled with the results and still can't believe that I had breast augmentation in the afternoon, rested up for a couple of hours and then went out to dinner and had no problem raising my arms or going to work the next day. The bruising and pain was so minimal and the incision strategically place under the breast so it's not visible. It's now 2 months post-op and I am even more ecstatic about my results!! There really is a mind and body connection because I'm feeling so positive about myself, my self-esteem is soaring and I'm so pleased that I had the surgery. I have to say, even though I went in having read all of these other reviews I was still surprised at how quick, easy, and painless my recovery actually was. I would also like to note, that Dr. Epstein and his staff were absolutely wonderful and made every single step of the process easy and stress free. I went to surgery feeling completely relaxed and that I was in the best possible hands. In the recovery room I was able to lift my arms over my head, without any pain or discomfort. I was surprised I was able to do my hair that evening! I went to dinner & ice cream of course that night and wasn't in any pain. I was able to shower, and go about a fairly normal day. The next day, I was able to drive, and even did some housework! The results are amazing, the implant size chosen was absolutely perfect for me and I couldn't be more satisfied. My entire experience with Dr. Epstein and his staff is unparalleled.
