My experience with Dr. Epstein has been nothing short of incredible. He is not only an exceptionally skilled surgeon, but also someone who truly cares about his patients. As someone completely new to surgery, I was naturally nervous but, Dr. Epstein and his amazing staff made the entire process feel comfortable, seamless, and even enjoyable. Years ago, an old friend of mine had her breast augmentation done by Dr. Epstein. I remember being in awe when she returned to work the very next day, glowing and feeling great. I told myself then, “One day, when I can do this, he’s the doctor I’ll trust.” And here I am now, feeling like a brand new woman, and so grateful I followed through. From my very first consultation to the day of surgery, I felt completely safe and supported. As someone who deals with high anxiety, that’s saying a lot. But Dr. Epstein’s calm demeanor and the warmth of his staff truly put me at ease. On the day of surgery, I expected to feel a wave of nerves when I walked into the operating room but instead, I was greeted by music, laughter, and a team of smiling, kind nurses. I didn’t feel an ounce of anxiety..I actually felt excited. Dr. Epstein and his team went above and beyond in every possible way. My initial meeting with doctor Epstein was Professional, informational and comforting. The surgery & care was exceptional. I recently had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Epstein and my results had come out so natural and amazing! They fit my body perfectly. Dr. Epstein was able to achieve the exact look that I wanted. The recovery process was so easy and comfortable. I was not in any pain and have not experienced numbness which was very impressive. In fact, the day of surgery, I was able to go home and take a nap and then get up and go for a walk. Everyone at the office including the nurses, Renee, Lisa, and the front desk have been kind, helpful, highly responsive in answering my questions, as well as knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Epstein to anyone else looking for the same type of procedure.
