From a Moms perspective…… I am writing this review to share my experience as a mom of a beautiful 20 year old daughter who just had a breast augmentation by the amazing Dr. Epstein. From the moment we walked into the office for a consultation, we were greeted with a smile from the receptionist. Lisa, Dr Epstein's assistant was so warm and friendly. She took all the pictures to show my daughter how she would look with a breast augmentation. Dr Epstein came in and evaluated her and recommended what cup size she would be. As a parent we worry and fear that now our children are of age, and our input does not matter. Well this might go for other practices but not for Dr. Epstein. He assessed her breast size and came to the conclusion that he would give her a full B cup being she was almost a double A. He explained to us both that he does work on quality and on what will be the most natural look on her petite body. At that moment I knew she was in the right hands. Morning of surgery we were greeted by the nurse Javena who was so sweet and kind. She took all my daughters vitals and was prepping her for the operating room. We laughed and had such great conversations being she knew how nervous my daughter was. She included me as well. Dr Levy the anesthesiologist was absolutely amazing and her soft spoken voice made me feel my daughter was in the best hands possible. When I kissed my daughter goodbye for her to go into surgery I said to Dr. Levy to please take care of my baby girl and she responded “ I am a mom to, and I will take amazing care of her like she was my own child”. At that moment my heart stopped beating out of my chest and a calm feeling came over me and I wasn’t scared anymore or was I thinking what if’s. In an hour surgery was over and Dr. Epstein came out to let me know she was doing great. Dr. Epstein and I had such a beautiful conversation and he talked to me like I was someone he knew forever. In recovery nurse Lisa was outstanding and didn’t leave my daughters side. Nurse Lisa came out to get me when my daughter woke up. Lisa is an angel here on earth disguised as a nurse. She took her time explaining to us both the recovery and what to expect. Lisa helped get her dressed and wheeled my daughter out and hugged us both as we said goodbye. That to me was so touching. A few hours after surgery Dr. Epstein called to check in and called from his personal number. That to me says it all…….He is loving, kind, and compassionate and truly cares about each patient. That night my daughter had full movement of her arms and was up walking her dog, showering and starring at herself in the mirror for hours. She had no bleeding and very little bruising. Her incisions are so small right out of surgery that in no time, they will disappear. 48 hours later we returned to the office for a post op and again welcomed with big smiles from the staff. Lisa, Dr. Epstein's assistant and Dr. Epstein checked her out and saw on my daughters face how happy she was and was in love with her results. I will be forever grateful to him and his staff for loving and caring for my daughter. I thanked Dr. Epstein for giving my daughter the confidence she has always wanted to feel perfect, he responded that “she was always perfect but now she is perfect with breasts”. He is 100 percent right!!!! I will be forever thankful and grateful to him and his staff. Not only did he and his staff take care of my daughter by giving her the most natural beautiful breasts, he and his staff also took care of me by giving me the reassurance to know I made the right decision to be supportive and give my daughter this gift that she has always wanted. ❤️

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Epstein, the surgical team, all the staff from the bottom of my heart. I was excited and very anxious for my procedure and was very grateful throughout my entire experience from the consultation, to the pre-operative visit, through the surgery and at the post operative appointments. Everyone was very patient and understanding with me. I was worried that my anxiety would somehow annoy people. Everyone was truly understanding, loving and compassionate at every turn. I was treated very respectfully with a lot of care as an individual. I know Dr. Epstein and all his staff were very generous with their time to make me feel at ease and they made sure all my concerns were addressed. I am truly very grateful. When I walked into the operating room I was met with warmth, care, and compassion. I jokingly asked if everyone in the Operating Room were mothers because everyone was very warm and welcoming! In all seriousness I was instantly put at ease with someone by my side the entire time. While anesthesia was being administered, Lisa talked to me, had a supportive hand on my shoulder and repeatedly told me how good I was doing. That meant so much to me. Everyone was truly very supportive and really took great care of me. Everyone handled me with such care and compassion. I feel very lucky and blessed to have met such a wonderful team of professionals who pride themselves on wonderful patient care. I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Epstein and his team. I am very happy with my results. Thank you very very much. You have truly changed my life for the better. Lots of love and gratitude to everyone.

I finally decided to get a breast reduction and I wanted to thank the staff and Dr. Epstein for taking care of me. It was a seamless process from the initial meeting to now almost 4 months post op. I feel better about my look and just more positive about my appearance.

This office is the absolute best and if you want the services done right this is the place. Educated staff that is also very pleasant and professional.

When I finally decided to get a breast reduction and lift I wanted to make sure I chose the right doctor. Dr. Mark Epstein came highly recommended so I was very excited to start this journey. First, I would like to compliment Dr. Epstein and his wonderful staff. From the consult, to the surgery and during recovery they were all so very nice, caring and understanding. Dr. Epstein knew exactly what I was looking for and the results certainly far exceeded my expectations. Secondly, amazing transformation for sure! I feel lighter, my clothes fit better and overall, I'm so much more comfortable. So lastly, thank you Dr. Epstein and thank you to your staff for making this journey an amazing and positive one.

Can I just say the level of professionalism that Dr. Epstein and his staff show is remarkable. From the second you walk through those doors, you are greeted with a smile, never rushed. I went in for a consult for a breast lift (had implants done the year before and the surgeon failed to give me the results I wanted). After explaining the prior surgery and how I was let down, I was ensured by Dr. Epstein that he could achieve the look I wanted, and he also went over all the things HE COULD NOT do based on my anatomy. That was extremely helpful and helped me feel confident about my results prior to the surgery. Scheduling, surgery, and post surgery, everything had been nothing short of amazing. I was moving around and feeling so good after I had to keep reminding myself I had surgery. So far 1 month post op, my scars are healing very nicely. Dr. Epstein placed clips along the vertical scar to help keep the tension off the skin for a smoother heal. They were supposed to stay on 3 weeks but held up and I still have them (I feel very secure knowing they are there). I cannot wait to see my final results in a few months and how my scars heal, but so far I am extremely happy. Swelling is all gone, scabs are falling off and they look perky and full. I feel beautiful and confident and it’s thanks to the team at Epstein Plastic Surgery.

So thankful to have found such a caring doctor and professional staff. My procedure went so smoothly and I couldn’t be happier.
