Patient information: 57 year old female underwent VASER liposuction of the flanks and outer thighs, 4-D VASER lipoabdominoplasty. This procedure resulted in more contoured abdomen and the removal of access skin. Notice how her buttock has a more “lifted” and rounded appearance. Although this could be guessed as a “fat transfer” this was achieved by liposuction in the thighs and flanks
