I had the best experience at Dr. Epstein’s practice, from every staff member to Dr. Epstein. I first saw Dr. Epstein for a breast augmentation consultation in August of 2024. Everything went amazingly, I just had some family scares for breast cancer, so I wasn’t sure if breast implants were right for me. After talking to Renee about my concerns, she set me up with another consultation, free of charge, to talk about my hesitations. Dr. Epstein was thoughtful and took his time to explain all of his knowledge to me. After clearing it with a breast-cancer specialist, I was happy to book with Dr. Epstein. We decided on the Motiva Ergonomix with the Preservé method. I received calls from a pre-op nurse, and the anesthesiologist who went over surgery guideline’s, and answered any questions I had. Surgery day went more than smoothly, and Dr. Epstein’s staff and himself ensured my safety and emotional well-being. After I woke up from surgery, I was able to walk around the rest of the day with a brief nap in the early evening. I never took narcotics just some extra strength Tylenol’s for 3-4 days after. Dr. Epstein made sure to call me that same night and text me the next day on a holiday. I even received the most gorgeous recovery flowers from Dr. Epstein and his staff. I am incredibly grateful I chose Dr. Epstein and everyone can’t believe how quickly I recovered and how natural I look!!!! Thank you Dr. Epstein and all staff!!!!

From beginning to end, a great experience. Lovely facility, no wait time at any of my appointments. Staff and Dr. were caring and professional. I received a face/neck lift with lower bleph and ear lobe correction. Beautiful natural results, and Dr. Epstein even improved the aesthetics on my previous lower bleph. Minimum discomfort and minimal bruising if you follow the Dr's. thorough after-care procedures. Can't say enough. Thank you!

I had a breast augmentation done with the motiva implants and preserve technique. Dr Epstein made me feel super comfortable and confident with this choice. His expertise of knowledge and experience is truly amazing. I am only one week post op and already feel super confident in how I look , can’t recommend him enough. Was a drive out Long Island but so worth it! His staff are amazing as well. To the front desk to the coordinators and the nurses and medical assistants and of course the anesthesiologist Dr.Levy. I can’t rave enough about the whole experience. Truly smooth and comforting. Can’t wait to see how they will look in the future!

I cannot say enough about about Dr. Epstein, his amazing staff or the Preserve augmentation process. Everything about my experience was an 11/10. Everyone I interacted with, from Dr, Epstein himself to Michelle, Dr Levy, Mary, Jivana, Renee and Gabby were all incredibly kind, calming and compassionate. Having a surgery like this should have felt much more nerve-wracking than it did, but they all just made me for so supported and at ease. The facility is top-notch and sparkling clean as well. I was lucky enough to be a candidate for the preserve method, which meant no general anesthesia, no prescriptions pain meds, teeny tiny incisions, and I was at work 48 hours later. (I honestly could’ve gone back to work a day earlier but I live 5 1/2 hours away so that day was spent traveling home.) I’m so glad I did my research and found a provider like Dr Epstein and his supporting staff and facility.

Dr. Epstein is truly an incredible and compassionate doctor. He came to the hospital after hours, even though he wasn’t scheduled to work that night, to help my mother who was not even his own patient when she was in dire need. He was kind, compassionate, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and reassure us through such a stressful time. His intervention truly saved her life. Our entire family is beyond grateful for his exceptional care. After the procedure, he came to find us in the waiting room to let us know how everything went and to assure us she was going to be just fine. We cannot thank him enough for his dedication, compassion, and skill! A world of thanks for all of your kind follow up with us as well.

The environment in the office is relaxed, friendly and professional. Dr. Epstein takes his time to ensure patients are comfortable and well informed. I am very happy with the results of my procedure.

I got my breast augmentation with Dr. Mark Epstein and I’m genuinely obsessed with my results. He did an incredible job — super natural, perfectly shaped, and exactly what I wanted. His team deserves so much credit too. Everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I never felt rushed or nervous, and they answered all my questions. Recovery was way easier than I expected — I was able to move my arms right away which was amazing.
