I first met with Dr. Epstein about three and a half years ago seeking guidance on breast surgery. After careful consideration and meeting with a few different surgeons over the following year, I finally decided to move forward with his recommended plan. Dr. Epstein advised a thoughtful, staged approach to my concerns - one that offered more precision, less risk, and ultimately the best possible results. What stood out immediately was the time he took (even while traveling internationally) to personally call me and explain his reasoning. His genuine care and commitment to patient well-being set him apart. After my last two surgeries about two years ago, I decided I wanted to go a bit larger and switch to the Motiva implants, and I had that procedure with him today. Once again, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. His 24-hour recovery method truly delivers, and I’ve consistently felt safe, supported, and informed throughout the process. He provides honest recommendations on size and style with safety and natural results in mind, never pushing for anything that doesn’t suit your body. Beyond his skill as a surgeon, his entire team contributes to the incredible experience. The nurses are warm and attentive, and his anesthesiologist is exceptional - I’ve had no issues with anesthesia under her care. Dr. Epstein is not only a talented surgeon but also a physician who truly listens and cares about his patients. I live in Massachusetts, and sought out a plastic surgeon for breast augmentation. Called the implant company, and asked for referrals. Dr. Epstein was at the top of the list. His office was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and offered ample, easy parking. Office staff spent 45 minutes answering my questions over the phone, and was very accommodating throughout the process. Excellent pre-surgical instructions, and his testing requirements insured that there would be no complications or problems. Since everyone made such a great impression, I decided to tolerate the 4 hour drive each way, the need for a hotel stay of two days, and the hassle of NY traffic to use him. I couldn't be more pleased. The results were amazing, and I had no nausea, complications or excessive pain, even though I never took anything stronger than Tylenol and Ibuprofen. I was able to put my arms over my head two minutes after awakening from anesthesia, and went out to dinner two hours after being released. His "one day recovery" is not an exaggeration. I did stay on the Ibuprofen for three days, but discontinued it with no serious discomfort. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Epstein and his team. They were always quick to respond whenever I had questions and made sure everything was taken care of prior to surgery, which gave me so much peace of mind. My recovery has been a breeze, and it still feels like the right decision for me. I was also so touched to receive flowers from them just two days after my surgery—it was such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot during recovery. I’m very happy with my results so far and excited to see how things continue to heal. If I ever decide to pursue another procedure, I will definitely return to Dr. Epstein’s clinic first.

This review should have been posted a long time ago, but here it is. I have known Dr. Epstein for over 10 years. He was my doctor back in 2014 when I underwent a breast augmentation and lift. At the time, as a very busy professional, I was curious about his “one-day recovery method.” All went well—his method really did work. I had my surgery, and after a long weekend I was back at work with no issues. After Covid, I began experiencing health issues with my breasts, not related to my implants but rather due to an immune disease I developed. Dr. Epstein was there for me every step of the way, even though my complications had nothing to do with my implants. He always gave me an appointment, took my concerns seriously, and ultimately helped connect me to the right specialist who gave me a proper diagnosis. Earlier this year, I decided to have an explant. Dr. Epstein never hesitated or tried to convince me otherwise—he was fully supportive and performed the surgery himself. I trusted no one else. His in-office medical center is top notch, his staff is incredible, and they always made me feel comfortable and cared for. The surgery went perfectly, and thanks to Dr. Epstein, my breasts look phenomenal—as if I never even had an explant. I’m so happy with the results. I am as happy as when he did the implants. More recently, I experienced a flare-up of my immune disease and needed a breast abscess drained. Even though Dr. Epstein was away internationally, he never left me without care. He made sure I was referred to the right doctor immediately and personally arranged for me to be seen and treated. He did it all from miles apart. No doctor does that! My complications have never been his responsibility, yet Dr. Epstein has always stood by my side. His dedication, skill, and compassion go far beyond what anyone could expect from a surgeon. I couldn’t be more thankful. He truly is amazing.
