I had the one day recovery breast augmentation 4 weeks ago and I had the most pleasant experience imaginable. I had never had anesthesia before so I was apprehensive about the surgery, but I woke up only feeling a little groggy and I felt more pressure on my chest than actual pain. I felt wonderful after I went home and took a nap, and following the recipe for recovery made me feel excellent. I was driving the next day, and by two days later I was in the city having dinner with a friend with no pain. I am a nurse and my job is pretty physically demanding and I was back at work 5 days later. Everyone I speak to is amazed at how smoothly my recovery went. If you want huge plastic boobs, this is not the surgeon for you. Your result will look natural. Overall I couldn't be happier.

I've been a competitive athlete my whole life, so I've always been in good shape. I got married when I was 34 and was wearing a size 2 wedding dress. We were lucky to get pregnant shortly following, and I found myself, at 35, gaining 80 pounds for my 10.5 pound baby. My breast size went from B to F (that's 6 sizes!) by the time my milk came in. Well, it took me 10 months to gain the weight and 10 months to lose the weight. I went back down to 18% body fat but still couldn't fit in 75% percent of my clothes. My breasts were sagging past my rib cage, almost to the point where my nipples were pointing straight down, and I had a spare tire of extra skin surrounding my midsection. No matter how hard I worked out or how clean my eating was, this was not going to change and I was starting to have some serious body image problems and sadness. Enter Dr. Epstein. I had an outstanding consultation with him and his staff. I think the first visit was over 2 hours. He made sure that every question was answered and anxiety allayed before I left his office. In January 2014, I had breast augmentation with mastopexy (lift) and 4D VASER lipo-abdominoplasty and Hi Def VASER lipo of the flanks and back. Although that might sound like a lot, what was supposed to be nearly an 8-hour procedure took about 6.5 hours. The day of the surgery, I didn't even have a chance to get nervous because Dr. Epstein and his staff have such an amazing way of putting you at ease and getting you excited for the results to come. The OR nurses joked that I was the most relaxed patient they've ever had on the table, but that's because the staff has a tremendous calming effect and professionalism. You know that you're in good hands. Following the surgery, I stayed with the private nurse in the hotel and Dr. Epstein was there first thing in the morning to check me out. I went home and the recovery went fairly smoothly. The breast procedure is as advertised--in 48 hours you really are back to normal. The recovery for the abdominal surgery takes longer, so you have to be patient. However, about three days after my surgery, I was experiencing a pain and had some concern. My husband called Dr. Epstein's office on a Saturday--and he personally called back within minutes! This is a level of care and service that I have never experienced before. My recovery took about 8 full weeks. I was able to return to modified workouts in 6 weeks, and full training in the 8. I have spoken to a number of people who have had similar procedures with other doctors, and I can say that what Dr. Epstein is doing is above par. The pain management techniques that he uses, decreasing or eliminating the need for drains, wearing the compression garments and the support vest following the surgery--these all led to better and quicker results. I have been doing laser treatments to improve the appearance of my scars and already 3 months later I look as if I had the surgery a year ago (worth the extra expense). I highly recommend Dr. Epstein and his practice for cosmetic surgery. There is a reason that he comes so highly recommended, that he is noted for his innovation, and that his ratings are so high.

I had a rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty three weeks ago today from Dr. Epstein and I am so thrilled with the results!! If I ever decide to have anything else done this is the only place I would ever go!!

I had my breast augmentation done two weeks ago by Dr. Epstein and my experience has exceeded my expectations. I chose the Allergan 410 gummy bear implants because I wanted a natural look and I'm already in love with the results. I followed the instructions they had given me at the office for a successful 24 hour recovery and I was amazed at how great I felt throughout the whole process. The day of surgery I was able to lift my arms over my head with only some discomfort and at night I was laying on my breasts and putting pressure on them. Every day it got easier to complete these exercises. I went for a long walk the day of surgery without any problems. I was comfortable with the prescribed dose of ibuprofen. The feeling I had was more of pressure than of pain. The more I lifted my arms and put pressure on my breasts the better my chest felt. Two days after surgery I went back to work for a 12 hour shift and was able to do so without a problem. I am now two weeks post- op and I feel and look great. Dr. Epstein is an expert in his field and I would recommend him to anyone considering plastic surgery. I could not be happier with my results.

Before I went to Dr.Epstein I had originally gone to Dr. Greenberg. The best decision I made was switching Doctors. Dr. Epstein is your ideal doctor in every way you could imagine. I had Rhinoplasty done in Nov of 2013 and he immediately put my nerves to ease. Dr. Epstein took his time out to reassure me of all my concerns, he took before pictures and even showed me what my surgery will look like after. Such a huge relief!! His staff is wonderful and treat you like you have been there for years!! The night of my surgery, Dr. Epstein called me personally to see how I was feeling. I will tell you, no other Doctor will take their time to do that. In addition, I received beautiful flowers the day following my surgery. I had minimal pain which was a huge surprise and my recovery was very fast. I could not have asked for a better experience. As an athlete I was hesitant, but my breathing is better than ever and my nose looks amazing. A very natural look and flows wonderfully with my facial features. With Dr. Epstein, there are no doubts or second guessing, he truly is an amazing and compassionate Doctor who actually cares about his patients and of course, gives perfect results!! So happy i chose Dr Epstein for my breast augmentation. Not only is he knowledgable, but he's super nice and actually cares about your results. He took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me his honest opinion on the perfect size implant. Now 3 weeks post surgery i am soooo happy with my results they look so natural and more importantly i feel so comfortable and confident. My recovery was a breeze i have a two year old son that i had little to no problem picking up. I was immediately able to raise my arms above my head and only took 2 days of Ibuprofen cut in half. I really can't say a bad thing about him or his staff which is super friendly. Everyone is super professional and my favorite thing about them is i was able to bring my son to my appointments and they made us feel so comfortable. So with that all being said i would recommend him to anyone looking for a breast augmentation.
