Three weeks ago I had a breast augmentation done by Mark Epstein in stony brook. Everything about this whole process was amazing. From the consultation to the surgery to all my appointments. As soon as I spoke with him I knew he was the doctor I wanted for this procedure. He is very experienced and will give you the very best results. His 24 hour recovery was more than I could ask for. I was in absolutely no pain at all from the moment I woke up from surgery. I was able to put my arms above my head before leaving and was able to do whatever I wanted that night. I went to work at 7 am the next morning and attended a wedding three days later where I danced all night with no problems. After he recommended going with anatomical cohesive gel implants ( natrelle 410's ) and I love them. They give me a very natural look which is exactly what i was going for. I would recommend him to anyone who wants this procedure because it was an amazing experience and I love my results! He is very caring and takes the time to go over anything you need to or want to know. HIs staff is also very welcoming and kind and made me feel comfortable throughout every step of the way.

Dr. Mark Epstein’s is a superbly skilled surgeon. His implementation of 'Vaser Hi-Def 4D Lipo' has changed my body image.. it has vastly improved my self-esteem.. and ultimately changed my life! He is a very kind, knowledgeable, artistic professional with a calming demeanor and bedside manor. The office staff is friendly and helpful. It is with my absolute pleasure, that I highly recommend Dr. Mark Epstein and ‘Vaser Hi-Def 4D Lipo’ to anyone considering this procedure. I had two fatty lumps that protruded from the sides of my hip flanks, which made my silhouette appear mis-shapen. It was a source of major body insecurity issues for me… for many.. many.. many years. Diet and exercise could not change my body's fat distribution.. which was the problem. I was never overweight, however, even at my 'thinnest' and 'healthiest' my silhouette was mis-shapen. 'Was' being the operative word here... no pun intended 😉 I also had a thick and fatty abdomen area as well and some fat deposits on my lower outside hips.. and a slightly flattened shape to a certain area of my butt. I initially went in for my consultation with Dr. Mark Epstein thinking if he can just get rid of those two unsightly, hip lumps along with my lower belly area then I would be super happy. To my surprise that’s what I got and more!!!.. He went above and beyond to see the fruition of my personalized perfected results.. I can honestly say Dr. Epstein is a creative and artistic genius!!!!! He not only removed those stubborn problem areas, but along with his aesthetically keen eye, he superbly and delicately re-sculpted that whole area of my body.. those troublesome areas specifically, while adding my own fat to the other areas that were in need of volume and more pronounced definition. The result.. a beautifully, contoured and sexy silhouette.. I now have a perfectly proportioned hourglass figure, a completely flat abdominal area which extends from just under my breasts, down to my pubic bone, which also makes my breasts look fuller and perkier. Along with a well-rounded and very shapely bottom. I cannot even begin to explain accurately how amazed I am by my results. I honestly, didn’t think it was possible to get the results that I got. Thank you Dr. Epstein! 😀

On and off for years I had researched having it done and wasn't so sure about where to go( i was never impressed with the after results pictures ) along with a little concerned about recovery since I am a very active person . After find Dr.Epstein's web site which is full of information and the possibility of a one day recovery I was ready to meet with him and his staff. I can honestly say Dr. Epstein and his staff are wonderful from start to finish . Everyone is the office are a pleasure to have around and made me very comfortable and are so kind. The afternoon of surgery I was up and about and feeling great . Like one of the other reviews had mentioned I wasn't in pain , it was more of a slight tightness and that was it . Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since my surgery and I have had NOTHING but compliments and everyone is amazed how natural and fantastic they look and that my recovery was practically nothing . I am nothing but thrilled with the results and would do it again in a heartbeat . They feel and look very natural . To anyone considering having Dr. Epstein , I would Highly recommend him and his staff to anyone without hesitation . Now at age 42 I have Beautiful Breast !

I had Breast Augmentation done by Dr. Epstein on May 15th. I am 37 years old, and a mother of 3. After childbirth my breasts went down to nothing. They were like deflated balloons. I always had the desire to get implants but was always so nervous because I never wanted to look fake. I am 5ft and thought that with my height implants might make me look out of proportion. After much research and a recommendation from a friend, I got up enough nerve to set up a consultation. Also, being a mom of 3 kids, what also enticed me to go for a consult with Dr. Epstein is the 24 hour rapid recovery because I don't have time to be out of commission for long. Well all I can say is I am so happy I met with him! I instantly felt comfortable with Dr. Epstein and his staff is wonderful too. Everyone made me feel at ease. I explained to him what I desired and he explained to me that he does everything by body type and measurements for each individual patient. I originally went in wanting the new implants called Gummy Bear implants thinking that's what would be the most natural for me, even though they are substantially more expensive. Dr. Epstein explained to me that due to my tissue being so compromised after childbirth they would not give me the best results. Right there and then I realized that he is not just here to make money, but he's here for me, the patient. I booked the surgery right then and went ahead with his recommendation and am thrilled with my results!! On the day of surgery I was very nervous but Dr. Epstein and his staff was exceptional on keeping me calm. When I woke from surgery I was not bandaged or wrapped at all, which was very surprising to me because everyone I've known who has had this type surgery done in the past somewhere else have always been wrapped like mummies. Before I even left the recovery room I was able to lift my arms above my head and doing arm exercises like instructed. The nurses gave me the Recipe for Rapid Recovery instructions and went over everything with me before I left. I was prescribed 800mg of Ibuprofen for pain, and at first I thought that would not be enough but I have to say it was perfect. There was no need for anything stronger. I can honestly say I never experienced any actual pain from the surgery, what I was experiencing was soreness, like a heavy workout. I actually felt so good that I was able to attend a function at my sons school that same night which meant the world to me. I was back to normal activities a couple of days after surgery including picking up my 2 year old. I am now 3 1/2 weeks post surgery and feel amazing. My soreness eases with every day. The one thing that seemed to bother me the most is the sensitivity coming back as the nerves regenerate themselves. My breasts are extremely sensitive but again with each passing day that also eases. I can walk around proudly and not feel intimidated by either being flat chested or fake looking. I could not have imagined how natural I look without seeing it for myself. Everyone is amazed on my quick, painless recovery and can't believe how great I look. I without a doubt recommend Dr. Epstein for your plastic surgery needs. He is hands down an incredible doctor who knows exactly what he is doing and delivers results beyond compare!!
