Patient information: 29-year-old female underwent a Belt Lipectomy. This patient had a 100lbs weight loss and a gastric sleeve procedure back in 2009. You can see there is less skin laxity, especially around the buttock and outer thighs. The removal of excess skins reveals a petite figure that this patient worked hard to achieve.
