Patient information: 35-year-old female underwent a bilateral breast augmentation using the submuscular position with 330cc SCM gel-filled implants. Prior to surgery, there is no volume in the upper pole and very little in the lower, giving a “deflated” appearance. Overall there is a great improvement in the volume and projection giving the desired breast shape.
