Patient information: 33-year-old female underwent a bilateral breast augmentation in the submuscular position with an inframammary incision. 275cc round smooth non-gummy silicone implants were used to achieve a natural, yet full look. You can see she has greater fullness in the lower pole and the upper pole has an improved slope which gives a more desirable shape.
