Patient information: 27-year-old patient underwent a bilateral augmentation using 275 cc silicone gel-filled implants. Implant placement is in the submuscular position via an inframammary incision. The breast crease has been lowered and paired with ample lower pole fullness. The nipple position has improved, and they now point upward.
