Patient Information: 36 year old female with severely asymmetric breasts underwent initially inframammary (below the breast) placement of style 410 FF 335 cc (right), 255 cc (left) anatomic silicone silicone gel filled implants under the muscle. There was still some asymmetry of the breasts and the right fold dropped. She also wanted to be still larger. She returned for a second procedure where the implants were replaced with style SRM 375 cc round, smooth silicone gel implants and SERI surgical scaffold was used to correct the right lower breast crease. An inverted nipple on the left breast was also corrected. Cup size increase B to C.
