Patient information: 38-year-old female underwent a bilateral breast augmentation using 310cc gummy silicone implants. Implant placement was in the submuscular position via an inframammary incision to afford the best overall result. This patient requested full volume in the upper and lower pole. The breast crease has been lowered to allow for full lower pole volume and a rounder shape.
