Patient Information: 37 year old female underwent a Bilateral augmentation 210cc SSM mammaplasty (submuscular technique). She had some mild ptosis (sagging) which will be addressed with a perioareolar mastopexy. Prior to surgery this patient was a deflated A. Now at a size C you can see an increase in volume in the lower pole. With a perioareolar incision the scaring blends into the areola.
Post op is taken 14 months after.
