Patient information: 36-year-old female underwent inframammary (below the breast) placement of style SRM 255cc (right) and 275cc (left) Round Smooth Silicone gel. The lower pole has an increased volume which allowed for a drop in the breast crease. The nipple position now sits higher in the breast and pointing slightly upwards.
