Patient information: 61-year-old female underwent a bilateral breast implant removal and fat transfer to the breasts from the thighs. The implants removed were 400cc round silicone implants. 175cc of fat was transferred to each breast to restore lost volume. A circumvertical mastopexy with a inframammary extension (lift) was also performed to correct the nipple placement.
