Patient information: 41-year-old female underwent a bilateral wise mastopexy with Galaflex. This patient’s breasts are both considered stage 3 ptosis after breastfeeding two children. Galaflex was used for extra support in the lift. In the after images, you can see great improvement in the nipple placement where they now point upwards allowing for the desired lower breast fullness.
