Patient Information: 24-year-old female underwent a bilateral breast reduction superior pedicle technique. You can see great improvement in nipple placement, pointing upwards and exposing more of the lower pole. The overall shape of the breast is much more desirable with a higher breast crease. The amount of tissue removed from the right was 124gms and 104gms from the left.
