Patient Information: 60 year old female who underwent bilateral breast reduction using a vertical short scar (Lollipop) technique with a superiomedical pedicle. A total of 83 gms of tissue was removed from the right side, 99 gms on the left side. She desired a modest reduction in breast size. Although not a large reduction in overall breast size, a modest reduction with the lift that all reductions include yields a much more aesthetic and youthful looking breast. Cup size reduced from D to C.
