Patient information: 46 year old with bilateral capsule contractures following submuscular placement of saline 325 cc implants. She first underwent deflation of her saline implants as an office procedure, followed two weeks later by removal of the deflated saline implants, total capsulectomies and replacement with style SCM 360 cc round, smooth silicone gel filled highly cohesive implants.
