Case Details

Patient information: 52 year old underwent removal of bilateral saline implants, left total capsulectomy and replacement with round, smooth silicone gel filled implants. If you look at the side view, especially on the right side, you will see extensive rippling of the breast, characteristic of saline implants and thin breast tissue. About three months after surgery, and because she has very thin tissues, the left lower breast crease dropped. She was returned to the operating room where the lower crease was elevated and re-inforced with Seri surgical scaffolding. She is shown one year after the second procedure. You can see excellent symmetry of the breasts and good stability of the surgical result.
