Patient information: 52 year old underwent removal of bilateral saline implants (note the extensive rippling on the pre-operative photos), left total capsulectomy and replacement with round, smooth silicone gel filled implants. Due to her very thin tissues, the left lower breast crease dropped and had to be repositioned and re-inforced with Seri surgical scaffolding three months later. She is shown one year after the second procedure demonstrating excellent stability of the surgical result with excellent symmetry of her breasts.
