Patient information:26-year-old female underwent a bilateral breast augmentation to correct tubular breasts using silicone gel-filled implants. SRM 330cc on the right and 360cc on the left. The implants are placed in the submuscular position via an inframammary incision. The breast crease has lowered dramatically to allow for ample volume and projection. Notice the improvement in the nipple placement pointing slightly upwards.
