Patient information: 59-year-old male who underwent to rejuvenate the appearance of his face. A deep plane technique with platysmaplasty was chosen to give the best results for this patient’s face and neck. A four-lid blepharoplasty and facial fat grafting were also performed. In the postop, the patient’s eyes look more lifted and alert compared to the pre-op. Overall, the patient’s features are more defined and smoother. The fat grafting has restored an overall more youthful look.
