Patient information: 56-year-old female underwent a deep plane technique with platysmaplasty. A lip lift and fat grafting were also performed. The patient’s facial features are lifted, and the skin has become smoother and tighter. In the side view, the jawline and neck are much more defined. The fat grafting around the eyes has restored youth and plumpness where volume was lost.
Note the blueish tone under the eye. This was filler done previously from another provider.
