Patient information: 50-year-old male underwent four lid blepharoplasty (eye lift) using a subcilicary (under the eyelash) incision on the lower eyelid. A lateral canthopexy (tightening of the outer lower eyelid) was performed. Close-up views of the eyes demonstrate lower eyelid scars that are almost imperceptible. The upper eyelid incision is hidden in the eyelid crease.
