Patient information: 48 yr old female who underwent underwent removal of breast implants, mastopexy (breast lift) and fat transfer to breasts. She also underwent VASER 4D lipo-abdominoplasty, VASER lipo of flanks, inner/outer thighs, bodytite of inner thighs. The body is shown here.
She had previous implants (by another surgeon) which were Mentor 325 cc saline implants which were sitting too high on her chest while the breasts developed a severe waterfall deformity, sliding off the breasts. The implants were removed, a mastopexy (lift) performed and fat was transferred to each breast to give additional upper breast fullness
