Patient information: 52-year-old female underwent bilateral removal of 310cc saline implants with a wise pattern mastopexy and fat transfer from the abdomen. You can see a great improvement in the size and shape of the breasts. Notice that there is full volume in the lower pole and the nipples are pointing upwards postoperatively. A fat transfer from the abdomen was used to ensure no volume was lost after implant removal.
