Patient information: A 40-year-old female underwent the removal and replacement of round silicone implants with a wise pattern Mastopexy and Galaflex. She originally had her breasts (submuscular) done in 2016 but felt they were too big and needed to be lifted. The original implants were 280cc and replaced with 210cc in the submuscular position. You can see the breasts are a much more appropriate size and sit much better on the patient’s chest. The overall shape is much more natural with great fullness in the lower pole and a moderate slope in the upper pole.
