Patient Information: 38 year old female, mother of two, underwent 4D VASER lipo-abdominoplasty (liposuction of abdomen immediately followed by tummy tuck), and VASER 4D liposuction of the flanks, entire back, and the right outer thigh. The fat removed was then placed into her buttocks and hips so as to smooth out her curves as well as to change the overall shape from square to round, also to enhance the overall size of the buttocks. The prominent saddle bag on the right thigh is now gone. The lower back rolls, especially on the right side, are far less prominent. This is also evident on the right side view. Also, note the recontouring of her waist and added definition to her abdomen. The breasts were not addressed by this surgery.
