Patient information: 32-year-old female underwent a bilateral breast augmentation in the submuscular position using 240cc smooth round implants. This patient has some undesired laxity from breastfeeding. With round smooth implants, the results show moderate volume and projection in the lower and upper poles. The results are natural and proportionate to the patient’s figure.
