Patient information: 41-year-old female underwent a bilateral breast augmentation using 295cc (right) and 345cc (left). Implant placement was in the submuscular position via an inframammary incision to afford the best overall result. Note the upper pole has improved with a more natural slope and fullness which balances out well with the new fullness in the lower pole.
