Patient information: 48-year-old female underwent a bilateral breast augmentation using 375cc in her right and 310cc in her left round gummy silicone implants. The implant placement was in the submuscular position via an inframammary incision to afford the best overall result. You can see this patient has a natural projection with moderate volume in the upper and lower pole.
These results are shown at about 4 months.
