Patient information: 28-year-old female underwent a bilateral breast augmentation in the submuscular position with an inframammary incision. This patient had small and slightly tubular breasts. She got 295cc in the right breast and 275cc left round smooth non gummy implants. You can see a great improvement in the lower pole, she now has great fullness. The nipples are also pointing up slightly, allowing for a desirable profile.
