Patient information: 50-year-old female underwent a bilateral breast augmentation in the submuscular position using 275cc non-gummy implants and a wise pattern mastopexy. This patient previously breastfed two children and desired moderate volume restoration and a better position of the nipple. You can see ample roundness has been restored in the lower pole and the nipples are now pointing upwards.
